The Terminator is a good idea, but I believe it needs something else to go with it. That something else is a switch, or button that our mods can use instead of a crude high amperage switch. A stand alone version of this button would not require a long tube, and it would not necessarily have to be used with the Terminator.

However, if one was combined with the Terminator in the same tube, then all kinds of battery mods could be hung off of it. If someone wanted to get real crazy with it, they could screw it on to a 6.3 volt lantern battery, LOL.

But the add-on shouldn't stop there. With the above combination, the Terminator is almost a pass through. All it would need is a 510 battery fitting on a piece of wire. Naturally, it could not be used to its full potential from a computer USB port, but it should work in all its glory with a suitable AC wall wart. Now you have the best pass through in the whole wide world.

A small rubber cover, like on a cellphone usb, over the adjustment hole. A plastic knob for the adjuster, to eliminate the need for tools. Maybe a rubber boot in the shape of a dome over the switch, like a flash light, to keep moisture out and improve appearance. find a different way to attach spring and heat sync, to improve appearance.
On that note is it feasable to put the spring inside in the top, and install the battery backwards? The end cap would be bare then. Since you have the inside of the tube machined could you use 2 wedged ridges to secure the heat sync? Slide it in as you do now.
Just my 2 cents, I think it's the best, and I'm very happy with my Buzz.

I switched from a 901 to a 510 cap (thanks again Mike for all of your help).
I noticed that the draw was a little hard on the 510 and looking at other 510 PV's I see 4 little slots on top of the cap that must be air vents. So I dremeled out 4 slots on the Buzz cap. Works great but now I am wondering if there is a better way that would kill two birds with one stone.

At some point all of my 510 atomizers and cartomizers leak through the bottom and into the cup that is the 510 connector on the cap. Pretty messy and hard to clean. Wouldn’t it be better to drill a small hole in the cap at the same level as the bottom of the cup? That way you would have an air vent and not have to grind 4 slots on top. It would also create a path for e-liquid to escape from the inside of the cup.

I have been working on something like that 5Card , I hesitate to say anything anymore , every idea I have mentioned so far has been copied to date so .

Lets just say that there are some new products in the works that will change the way we vape IMO , I have seen a variation on the VVPV already out there ( prototype unit ) .

Variable Voltage has already caught on big time , GG is working on one , GLV also Plus several others that I know of Vaprlife etc.
Of course there are the smaller box mods that have adopted it as well.

So in the future I have to be careful what I say here or on any forums , copying is considered a right in the vaping world at this time , until a patent shows up that is enforced copies will be the norm. Time is the only ally you have right now as a developer .

Having two 510 end cap designs, one standard, and one for eGo.

Standard: The Buzz 510 cap uses an external atomizer connection that protrudes, an enclosed, or sunken internal threads would be smoother, and shorten the device.

eGo: Would extend far enough for the mega eGo wide atomizer, and cartomizers to screw on flush, with out modifying the eGo device. They are a bit short as they are for the eGo skirt.

Besides some way to switch voltages w/o a tool, a softer switch and maybe making it "prettier", all I can think of is maybe not call it a variable voltage device. How about a "Personal taste adjuster" or something? The point is this market (mods) should start thinking about appealing to the masses. And the masses pretty much don't know a vv from a 510 regular battery IMO. I dunno, it's early in the morning for me!
