MMm, taller cap..I'll work something up![]()
If a person had a lathe it would be a pretty stright forward project
Im still dreaming of the cap that works like a light bulb socket and lets us thread whatever cap we want right in

Recessed 510, 801, 901...... collect them all LMAO
I ran that idea around way back when I designed the OB , the problem was making a stout center pin in the area I had to work with , even now it is a problem with space

I love the idea for The New Envy....I'm all about stealth mods and I think this is gonna be another one added to my arsenal for sure. I would love to see a VV mod come from you guys using a single 18350....That would be the golden mod for me. Any thing like that in the foreseeable future?
You could just do it this way and omit the threads altogether.I actually got around that. I was going to get one machined at one time but the local machine shop wanted a pretty penny for one piece and the wait time was insane.
Heres a rough concept. I didnt put in threads or show the insulators
By estimates it would make the pro cap about 3MM taller.

The big problem with voltage displays is that there is alot of stuff that goes behind them. Thus the tube would have to be around 1.5 inches longer. Noone makes a small screen for them so its either, get one custom made (expensive), or use use whats available currently, (large and bulky in a tube mod).I have an idea for a feature to add to the buzz pro. I think it would be cool to have a small lcd below the voltage dial that would show where your at with voltage. You could make the dial also function as a push button turning on the lcd. or maybe the lcd itself can be the push button and have it automatically shut off after several seconds, maybe click it twice to show ohms of atty. Sounds similar to provari, but those things are a pain in the ..., this would be simpler.
I like how on the Darwin you adjust the watts. That would be nice to have the potentiometer on the buzz adjust watts instead of volts. Then once you get it to where you like it you can switch cartos and not worry about readjusting it.
