Wonder if ebay will clean sweep on 8/8?
I mean, despite a "policy" of no tobacco and in theory no vaping, there's at least 60,000 listings for rda's, tanks and mods. It might be almost funny if they took a $500 fine on each item.
I have been trying to create a couple listings on eBay to get
rid of some old school vaping stuff. No luck. I keep getting
an error mentioning the listing is in violation of their tobacco
policy.

Even tried duplicating an existing vape supply listing word-for-
word and using the same stock photos (with the thought of
then trying to edit it to MY items). No go. At all.

I stopped after about 10 thumbs-down from them... for fear
they delete my account totally.

I'll be checking out iOffer next.

Any other suggestions for online selling of vaping gear?

He is verified.

Classifieds here are not working all that well for the last 4 listings.
Granted, old-school stuff.

iOffer ALSO prohibits tobacco-related products (specifically mentioning
"nicotine inhalers"), but will give it a shot anyway. What can they do?
Cart me off to jail? Please! Do!

For laughs and giggles I just took a look at
my Prescription bottles. They are the ones with the tab on the container you hold down
with your thumb and unscrew the cap. There is a warning on the bottom of the cap that says,"not child resistant".

I did not know this and have trouble sometimes opening these bottles when my
tendinitis kicks in. So much for child resistant caps.
Regards
mike
Are they possibly the type that are CRP I one side and not on the other? Do you see threading around the top outside? Try turning the cap over and screwing it in.

That's great, because a friend of mine just received one of those dripping, oozing, leaking all over the place packages from a new eliquid vendor.

Their entire post office box was sopping wet, the whole PO smelled like vanilla custard, and it had gotten on other people's mail.

Hard to believe in 2016 this is still happening, with vendors not even having a clue about shipping liquid.

You can throw all the CRP Container Regs you want at a Manufacture/Retailer. That Doesn't ensure that the Manufacture/Retailer screws a Cap on Tight. Or that a Manufacture places the Containers in a Heat Sealed Poly Bag when the Package the Shipment.

That's Strange? Because I Haven't had any problems.

And there are Thousand and Thousands of "Vaping" related items currently listed on e-Bay.

ETA: I just did a Test Search on e-Bay for "RDA". I received 41,953 Results.

I tried a number of things with the title and descriptive text, to no avail.

(iOffer is welcoming me with open arms... so I'll try that place.)

Anyway... Deeming thread... I derailed. (But any PM advice would be
welcome and appreciated.)

Not sure what to Tell you. Because there are 406 Listings that e-Bay's search returns for "CE4 Clearomizer" .

Maybe you could start a Thread about e-Bay Listings?

It could be because you might have been caught and now are on a list? Just a thought.

Have you tried listing something NOT vape related to see how it fares? Maybe just do a test listing then take it down if it does go through?
Have sold only 2 items via eBay (fluorescent bulbs). :: shrug ::

The cap won't unscrew until you press the tab on the side of the bottle. It's not hard to open. The tab just needs a little pressure. I was still suprised to see "Caution Not child Resistant" on the bottom of the cap.

Right, I meant it might have that on the bottom because if you turn the cap over you can still use it, but it's no longer child resistant.

Perhaps your Container does not Comply to any Recognized CRP Standards?

ie the "Caution Not child Resistant" discloser.

It very well could be.

The one on the Left is often referred to a "Dual Use Cap".
unfortunately the design does not lend itself well to e-liquid bottles.

ETA: I suppose someone could design one, it might look more like a marker cap than the usual pointed dome.

Sometimes Retailers are Hesitant to package using Dual Use Caps even if the Regulation allows them to.

Because CRP represents a degree of Legal CYA to a Retailer. And a Dual Use Cap can/may diminish that CYA.

BTW - Little Known Fact. Retailers and Manufactures Love CRP. Just as long as Everyone in a given market Must use it.
