I just bought a bicycle. Tried out two, and got myself all sweaty. I have not been getting much exercise, and trying to starve myself to prevent weight game. And when I don't eat regularly, I get depressed. Nasty downward spiral. It is a bit smaller than full-size, so I don't get acrophobia. Nice springs on it for rough roads, and it has a lady's seat.

After not owning one for about 30 years, I got one about a month ago. I also got an attachable buggy for my 4 y/o g-daughter to ride in. My get up and go has been gone since I quit smoking. For now, it's seems to be back in a big way. Anyway, I've been riding with my youngest sons (13 and 14) and g-daughter, once a week for the last 3 weeks, and I can feel my abdominal muscle working again! :) It's helping with my bendability and lower body strength. One of my sons went to stay with Grandpa for a week and when he came back, he asked if I'd lost weight. :) Bicycling seems to be the all around best form of exercise and I can enjoy spending time with of kids at the same time. I don't miss out on any together time to go to the gym (like that would ever happen:lol:).

I'm sure it will help you with what you want to accomplish. Enjoy the scenery! :)

precisely........but I think you're safe.....for all my threats, I could never really whack anyone, and if I did, I'd be in traction! As the old saying goes, it would definitely hurt me more than them. lol

Yes, Norton Ghost is still around. I believe it's part of the "solution suite", but way back when I decided to start drive imaging - at that time, Ghost was a poor second to Acronis. So I just stick with what works for me, and what I'm familiar with.

Newer offerings may be comparable :)

When I was to low to donate blood, the guy told me to use a cast iron skillet to cook in a couple of times a week and that would take care of my low iron. Has anyone else heard this? (cast iron is not just for attitude adjustments)
girl_haha.gif
I just take one iron supplement every other day and my levels have been doing ok.
I had heard that before. I can see how it might actually work. A little bit of the pan does end up in anything cooked in it. Microscopicaly small amount however but, that's all you need with iron.

That is especially effective with tomato products. The acid in the tomatoes picks up the iron more efficiently.
Yep heard that too. I believe it. I don't think supplements are required in normally healthy people who eat a truly balanced diet.

Pretty cool, but you've got ghost orbs in the picture...
Intentionally. Though it look cool and shows off how many elements that teeny little lens has. Every orb (or flair) as they're called is one element of the lens refracting the bright light of the sun.

Does Norton Ghost exist anymore. Cloning new PCs was one of my favorite things to do. I would put 5 or 6 of them on the work bench and fire up NG from the network. In no time at all they were ready.:)

I used Norton Ghost on my last "real" job. I was an outsourced PC tech. Used Ghost images to install new computers. Sure faster than installing everything from scratch.

Wow! Just had a phone message from DHL informing me a package will be delivered Monday that requires a signature and advising me who/ where to go if I wouldn't be available and what to do about scheduling delivery at my best time. How different that is from my recent experience with USPS.....

Kewl, yiddle! But interestingly enuff, I always found DHL a complete disaster whenever I got anything from them. Go figger!

LOL...guess we all have different experiences. I've received things from them before with no issue. I was surprised they needed a signature for this package....it's not anything of great value, but I guess, as I ordered through Amazon, the seller doesn't want any bad feedback in response.

I'm ready to chuck most of my mod's/ pv's under my mower when I get it running! (n bout 15 mins). they either taste burnt or won't fire , or just barely work. It's really getting to be too much work not to light off a cig. I have tms going on to deal with vape issues!!! I'm gonna mow the yard now. sans support, beer yes! smoke, no. vape maybe if I can get it going. I'm haveing issues with everything includeing my Reo, and provari's. and the F,,,,kbox! Right now I have a Provari with a Sophia that's really working right. I'm almost5 ready to throw in the towel.
Yes, I vote for members helping members. Cigs are no longer a choice for me.
Now that the hot weather is soon to pass I am ready to put the bike carrier on the back of my jeep and hitting the riding trails on the Oklahoma River.

Another reason I try to avoid USPS at all costs. Great service from UPS, FEDEX and DHL so far. Cost isn't significantly higher mostly considering the service you get.
