I feel like a ...... What is the difference between the KR808 and the KR808-D1?

I'm talking thread size/performance. The Vapor King etc are KR808, right?

vapor king is the KR808D-1... most of the cartos that we use are the d-1 ones...I don't know anyone stateside really using just the straight up 808...

think theres a difference in threads

It looks like they provide a link to what they call their new web site. It's getting confusing. I think the 808 looks like the 808D1 batteries. I enlarged a picture at their site and that's what they look like. If their photo is accurate, then it looks like the male and female on the 808 are female and male on the 808D1.

Their new site that they link to is here:
Edition 2 C-E2
On this page, they actually do not even offer the 808 at all. Only the 808D1, 510, and Mtype.

One other thing to note for now:
The 808D1 type is temporarily not sold to people in the U.S. Does that mean that people who live outside of the U.S. can still order them?

That would be strange if true. The world can try them out, unless you live in the U.S. :(

Interesting design , it looks like they have a circular reservoir under that white plastic cap and the the wick goes through the coil and into the reservoir to feed the juice to the coil .
Nice design ! refilling looks like a Pita but it sounds like they are working on that also

Has ANYBODY tried these ?? Badkolo ?

Seems like that info is needed. It really doesn't make much difference how the liquid is fed/held if they don't vape well or hold up. Flavor, vapor and longevity come first.

It's even more of a factor for me. I need a minimum 3.0 ohms for my batteries. Normal cartomizers are usually +/- 0.2 ohm either side of that.

The 'burning carto filler' is a main consideration for some. So even if they are at the regular lame rate of most cartoz, it would be an improvement in the eyes of some. But I'd like to know, because my priorities are different, like yours and Quick1's evidently ;-) Vendors are quick to put out the 'safety' info, slow on performance info but many are coming around to it. They lose more sales on bad performance than from not holding hands.

I look forward to the Edition 2 cartomizers with the same jaded optimistic anticipation that I have developed for most of the other advancements in the PV marketplace.

But this time I'm not going to be "one of the first" to place an order just so I can say that I was one of the first to be disappointed.

I hope they rock.....

Here's one for you...

I haven't even purchased any yet! LOL Albeit I have had a shopping cart ready since before they stopped shipping the D-1s to the US, so had to remove those. I just haven't been able to find reason to hit the checkout button yet. Hoping someone else will report before too long. The only thing that keeps my thinking about it, is the fact that V4L thinks enough of them to put an exclusive on the D-1s.

Happy Vaping!!

I've been following this thread for several days and finally decided to bite the bullet. I just placed an order for 120 of the new 510 cartos and 30 of the M-Series. If nobody else posts a review by the time I get mine I'll submit a follow-up and tell you what I think. :)

p.s. I have a syringe but unless it's an obvious problem I'll probably try the condom method for filling as well...
