In traditional carts you have that wire between the fiber.... but in the picture of these it looks like a coil of some kind is there, below that disc looking thing... does that mean the liquid is fed to coil somehow or is the coil actually fully submerged in the liquid... I'm interested in how this works.... just ordered some for my K808D-1 to my Mom's house in Europe... she ship them on to me in USA (might take a little longer, but atleast I wont need to use an adapter)... very cool idea if it works!

Any heating element/coil/etc, fully submerged in liquid won't work. It would boil the liquid which is very different than the desired effect of vaporizing it. It's like when you totally flood a conventional atomizer. It gurgles (which is the liquid boiling) and gets hot but you get little if any vapor.

yeah that's what I figured... but that's what's weird... in the picture it looks like there is no carrier for the liquid.. I mean no fiber or fabric of anything to hold the liquid at all... just some little coil shaped atomizer.... so I wonder how it works... I mean its a cart, so it cant just be designed for dripping... maybe it has some king of wick or something... either way.. I guess there's no point in speculation, I'll know soon enough :)

I got some of these a week ago and just tried to take one apart. I haven't got anything to cut it open with but I can tell you there is no filler inside.

Once you pop the plastic bit off at the end there is another plastic ring inside with another plastic ring with 2 holes in it which I guess you inject the liqiud into.

Underneath that is a coil within a plastic cylinder leaving space all around the cartridge to hold the liquid. Quite how the liquid gets to the coil I don't know. See the picture attached (hopefully)

How does it vape though? There are herds of us anxious to hear how these perform. ;-)

They vape really well. I've tried quite a few cartomizers and these are definately the best so far.

I got the M401 versions and are using them on manaul batteries. They are completey different to using normal carts/atomizers and whether they are better or not would be a matter of opinion.

I got 3 different flavours, double mint, flue cured and RY04. The throat hit on the first 2 is very strong and not bad on the last. The batteries seem to be lasting a bit longer with these cartomizers but I think that is because you don't need to take such a long drag to get a decent throat hit with plenty of vapour. It's quite weird really as when you push the button you can feel vapour being pushed into your mouth so only a slight draw is needed. The vaour produced is definately a lot hotter.

I haven't tried to refill one yet as I haven't got a syringe to do it with.

I am currently using 2 of these a day as opposed to 4 normal XL carts a day.

I haven't noticed anything burning.

Once more reviews are in I just might be making an order myself! Right now I like the regular 510 cartos but am concerned about the burning and also the filler gets clogged up so I am sure these will last longer. I already use a syringe to fill my cartos so no problems there.

I'm trying to get my mother to vape so the less fussing the better!

Exactly! Trying to get new people into vaping is tricky enough...then all the fuss, they get overwhelmed. I'm hoping this thing are going to be the answer.

I've had family members bugging me for months to "get them what I have". Trouble was, I was changing "what I had" every other week for a while looking for the perfect balance.

I finally broke down and set up 3 of them with 14500 box mods, belt holsters and LR 510 attys. I tried to turn them onto cartomizers but all three decided to stick with carrying a bottle around with them. So far they're all happy with their set-up and NONE have gone back to smoking. Once they get their feet good and wet I'll bring up the carto subject again.

Thats the same issue I have, I have been fiddling for 10 mionths now and im getting tired of using HV atty's and LR atty's and regualr atty's and cartos from this vendor and cartos from that vendor all in the search for the simplest perfect vape, and while cartos are the closest thing to a cig(less hassle) they still have the issue of the filer which changes the taste of the juice for me plus I know the filler will burn and that cant be good nor does it taste good.

So if these new cartos are as good as I hope it will make my life so much easier and it will make converting people that much easier as well.
By the first few reviews it sure seems that we have a hit on our hands.
either these things where gonna suck or be ok, but according to 2 people so far they are more then happy . thats a good sign
