I have put extra filler in the cartomizer. I did it by cutting a small long piece and inserted it between the outertube and the filler, pushed it down and it works!!!

how did you add the extra filler?

I dont add extra filler because I dont smoke with cartos but it was a logical thought, nothing more

Emonty, I use a pipette when I want to change atties. I just pull the juice from the tank and leave it in the pipette until I get it all back together and pump it back in the AFS. I don't really see how this could be done without removing the liquid from around the atty. It would have to be isolated some how to be able to take the atty out without draining the juice. Know what Im saying...??

Imeo, This is the one I am waiting on. I can't wait for the TS AFS...!!!!! So you are saying that the new TS line will be ready for this AFS by taking a piece off the top cap and replacing it with the AFS? Now for those of us with the TS already, this new cap, will it work without the AFS also? You have me a little confused with your post about this..

I added extra filler in the cartomizer and also don't top it al the way off with liquid, pressure is less that way. When we get the TS AFS it will be better as the tank will be bigger, so still a lot of juice and not filling it all the way....

AFS for GGTS will be the same but the whole GGTS unit will be 4mm longer. Thats what I meant when I was answering to Clyde but I didnt put it in the right way.
As for the filler inside the carto, I would have done it with a pin and pushing filler little by little inside the carto hole. And the more filler you put the less liquid will go inside carto so you can totally fill the AFS tank with juice.

Tried it, but then the inhale is way to stiff, what I did figure out is that using a used carto gives the problem. By washing the carto the filler shrinks and the side s of the carto will have no filler and the liquid seeps away through the eight holes. so use a new cartomizer were the filler is nice and all the way around the inside of the carto.
Filling the carto with filler is a waist of time and will not always give the required results.

- Why do we need 6 times bigger collector tank? Couldn't this space used for AFS to hold more liquid (or be smaller)?

Hey all...I'm here to provide everyone with my update. I bought the Fluval and created a mini o-ring around the brass part. I've had HUGE success with this and have had no leaking for 3 days now (I'm sure it's still leaking, the fluval is just absorbing it). However, the fluval still makes it where I don't have to walk around with a napkin soaking the liquid up myself!

So, what's up with the new GGTS?? What are the new changes? Will the changes be available to prior GGTS owners?

Will the new AFS address the leaking issue we have on our current AFS? I'm hearing we can use ANY atomizer on the TSAFS?? Please let this be true...I love 510 atomizers so much more than 901s.

Will a AFS be available for the GG Slim? I would buy a Slim if I knew a specific AFS would be created for it. Would be nice to have something smaller to carry around so people won't gasp as much when I carry around my GGTS w/ AFS (thing looks like a futuristic .... of death).

Carto breaths from the center pole so inhale was stiff because your hole was higher than the end of the center pole. I think that if you make a hole a little lower than the end of the center pole then filler will not mess with air flow.

the liquid that GGTS AFS takes is the same with v2 version.
We need bigger collector tank to avoid any leakage when GG is on side even if we leave the CR open by mistake!

Only Silver. The reason is that the liquid inside the collector tank can be used again. We dont waste even a drop of it. So liquid touching the brass is not something that we want Keith

Zai, I am glad that the trick worked for you and of course it will work with any other member here.

The new GGTS AFS has some changes and one of them is the leakage that some AFS have. The liquid collector tank is 6 times bigger and it has a sponge inside too, so no leakage. We can also use this liquid again so we dont waste it

GGTS AFS can fit any atomizer like the one you have. But we have to find the way to make those atomizers to work. I think its easy but I had no time until now to make experiments. But tommorow I will do it for 510 as a start
