I’m glad they did the right thing. I totally understand your frustration as I’ve been through it myself with a different vendor.

I’ve ordered from 8 before a few times with no problems. What’s going on nola?
Warning, may be tldr :lol:

I looked back, had 7 orders in the last 6 months. I “canceled” an order right after placing it, 2 days before it shipped. Sent 2 help desk requests since CS isn’t open on the weekend. Monday morning, it was still listed as unfulfilled. I was on the road, so I called, took an hour and a half to get a human. She said the order had shipped anyway and to open another request for an RMA when it arrived. None of them have been responded to, AND they didn’t tell me I’d have to pay a 20% restocking fee. Feeling pretty pissy about it at the moment. I was in retail management at one time, and this is NOT the way to run things.

Day four, no RMA or response. So I pay shipping back AND eat 20% because their system doesn’t flag orders with help tickets attached.

I’ve ordered countless times. from las vegas to here I consistently get my orders in 2 days. Great prices. First time I’ve ever needed CS.

Tentative update... they responded on FB messanger first thing (pacific time) this morning. They forwarded it to both the person in charge of returns and the CS manager. We’ll see how they handle this. I’m currently being Southern sweet, but they miss their chance, all bets are off

Some of you might want to check out Vapehappy.com for their 2018 Holiday Clearance items. They've got lots of mods, tanks, RBA, factory coils, and various replacement parts among other things...at some really good prices. Some coils, like for the Atlantis and Uwell Crown, are only $.99/box of 5!

Yep, I've ordered from them at least a 1/2 dozen times. Always get exactly what I ordered and at great prices! Just placed another order 3 days ago. They're regularly adding more items each day to the sale, too.

Also found some great deals on coils from Breazy.com Sunday, during their 20% off sale on them. Got some Kanger SSOCC (for STM, TTM, STN, etc.) for $4/box of 5 and more GS Air coils for just $3.60/box of 5. Several people I'm helping to switch to vaping chose tanks that take those coils, so bought more to have on hand for them.

Circling back on this, Breazy made good (very good, actually) on my issue. They issued a full refund.

About how long did it take Breazy to resolve your issue once they had notice of it? I had a defective mod and sent it in last week. Did get an email saying they had received it(on Monday--they actually received it last week) and will email me with a decision whenever the manager makes one and tells them how to proceed? Huh? They have supporting pics and video.......that I had sent(before they even allowed me to send it back to them)on the problem.

I think it was close to a week, but there was never really any dispute. They sent me the wrong color, which was pretty clear when I sent them the pics.

How long can it possibly take them to "make a decision"? That was rhetorical, of course.

Well had a CC compromised, I only had a couple transactions but someone stole my number and used it for $200 worth of purchases, ack! Thankfully CC company flagged it.
You seem to have the worst luck. Didn't you have another a couple years back? I only use Mastercard and I always unlock, make the transaction, and lock it again or I use safe shop that BOA offers to their customers for free. Can't be too careful these days, especially around holidays.
