I looked back, had 7 orders in the last 6 months. I “canceled” an order right after placing it, 2 days before it shipped. Sent 2 help desk requests since CS isn’t open on the weekend. Monday morning, it was still listed as unfulfilled. I was on the road, so I called, took an hour and a half to get a human. She said the order had shipped anyway and to open another request for an RMA when it arrived. None of them have been responded to, AND they didn’t tell me I’d have to pay a 20% restocking fee. Feeling pretty pissy about it at the moment. I was in retail management at one time, and this is NOT the way to run things.
