I just got out my second aegis solo from ejuices to try before putting it in my stash and the threads on the battery compartment are bad. It turns 1/4 turn but won’t tighten. I tried a cap off of another one and it won’t screw in either. I strongly suggest everyone try theirs out before putting them away.

I had one like that. I took the battery out and took the rubber seal off the cap. Then it was quite loose but at some point it came to a hard stop. Discovered that if I pushed down on the cap while I turned it would go past the obstruction. I kept turning it on and off and after a while it got better. Some tiny metal shavings came off. I also poked around with a dental pick. It's fine now.

Whatever obstruction I had was fairly small. Yours might be larger or a really messed up thread. Worth trying before you send it back though.

I was searching for Nautilus heads, thinking I need to get stocked up before it's too late. I got a hit from Amazon. Just looked out of curiosity since they are pretty strict about vaping gear. There were whole bunch like this.

Replacement' C-o'i'ls A's-p-i-r'e N'autil'u's (1.6 ohm) 5Pcs

I guess all those special characters are enough to fool the Amazon software.

Go ahead and get a Paypal account. No hidden stuff. I have a Paypal CC so check out where it's taken is super simple.

PayPal is a pain to sign up for. But worth it.
They will need to verfify your bank account or CC. To do this, they make 2 x 10c transactions. That is a once off.

If you buy in a private sale, there is fees. But vendors will include those in their prices. You don't pay extra.

If you ever sell through pp you will wear fees

I don't know what it's like to sign up for PayPal these days. In the early days it was easy. When we signed up for PayPal it was a penny transaction in/out of a bank account. For many years my wife and I bought/sold antiques (pottery, glassware and toleware) via eBay/PayPal. The stories I could tell.

PayPal is real good for buying vape gear.
