I have six of them in rotation at various times. Never had one leak. Great flavor tanks, too.
I've only had a Solo a few days ... but I'd say it's not a part that needs to be stocked up because it wears out or anything. It's more a cosmetic change-up. I didn't care for the camp or other colors do got two 'blacks', one of which I'll switch out the piece for the grey color.
he, he ... I've been shopping 24 mm RTA's ... followed your link for the Husar. Liked what I saw for $9.95. Watched a couple quick youtube reviews and was still liking it. Decided to have supper and give it a think. Came back after supper to make the purchase and the price went up to $19.95 ... that or I misread it the first time I was on the site.
I think you misread as I believe that was 19.. I thought that was a good price as I paid the full 35 for mine (when they first came out).
But I think that was at VaporDNA, which is giving an additional 40% off at checkout with the code, so it's a really good price..

. I PIFed a True I could never get to behave. I picked the Silverplay as my “I’m stuck with this for the vapocolypse” stash because of its ease and good flavor. It’s very old school with a cage around the coil that the wick goes through. You cut the wick even with the cage. Cap and fill. Goof proof. I haven’t dialed it down to see how tight it’ll go as I like a very loose mtl.

are you talking about the true or the silverplay? Your description sounds a lot like the silverplay..
Next month I'll order more. I'm almost broke from buying stuff. Who knows I might have to go broke.You might consider the Silverplay on clearance at vapordna, I think it takes it to $9. I like a loose mtl. I have maybe 10 or so

Probably nothing, if you listen to everyone who loves it. I just couldn’t get it to behave. I’m not big on fiddling with stuff. I want to build and go. It was weepy, leaky, juice in the mouth ... the person I sent it to said it’s fine. So, take my experience with a grain of salt. I just think it was a poor match for me personally
I find vape equipment , eliquid & styles to be a lot like shoes,,, its all about the personal fit.
