All this talk of batteries being or not being available for whatever reasons almost has me wanting to purchase some internal batt mods. My iSticks are still going strong some 5+ years later.

I have several.... I plan on mostly using those for the next 3-4 years until they die before tapping into my 18650 mods.... the Istick mini is great for stealth vaping if you do not need high watts. I have a few of those and a few 30w. I have a 4year old one being held together by packing tape because a screw got loose and I lost it. Lol

Luna bottom slides sideways, out of the narrow edge. It's held in place by a pair of magnets and two tabs on the inner edge.

I'll stick with the steel scratch pen from the pixiss set for coil brushing, but that dedicated one is pretty neat. On the pixiss you control the length of the brush (how much is exposed), and it fully retracts for storage.

Yeah I did that too except "Place Order" was doing nothing. I think when firefox auto filled in my info the site didn't recognize it. So the site thought it hadn't been put in yet. When I manually entered everything then "Place Order" worked.

My 6 year old istick 50 is still as good as day one. A full charge lasts me more than 2 days. Capacity didn't change much in 6 years. I believe it was 4400 mah.

So I was getting gas and I quickly got the garbage out of my car and threw it in the garbage. When I was done no vape. Bet your .... I went through that garbage to find it. Luckily it was in a bag I had put receipts in. Still cleaned it with an alcohol wipe. Vape on.

The actual lanyard string goes through the split ring.

The lanyard string itself is the sacrificial part, eventually abrades, though with toppers of 25mm or smaller the steel metal parts get most of the rubbing (& aren't going to fail).

For lanyards themselves I just buy cheapies, then substitute my end parts.

For those looking for 2X700 mods, here are a couple of good deals:

2- Wismec RX2 20700: $19.99 at VapeSourcing (orange or rainbow only). This is a dual battery 18650/20700 mod but is smaller and lighter than expected, even with 2 20700 batteries in it. In fact, it is lighter than my Jackaroo, which is a single battery mod. I got my first RX2 way back earlier this year and like it a lot. It's been very reliable. For a lot of vaping time, I would suggest the Sanyo 20700B batteries. They are 4250 mah, which I believe is higher than any 21700 batteries you can get. Plus 20700s are smaller and lighter.
