I'm have an issue with 1 order ... it was sent via 2 shipments. Shipment #2 was sent a few days after Shipment #1 and I got that one. Shipment #1 is MIA.
This is my ticket:
I received Shipment #2 (shipped 10/15/2019) of this order. But Shipment#1 (shipped 10/12/2019) seems to be missing. Can you provide information about what is happening with Shipment #1? I attached pictures of the only tracking information I have access to for it.

I'll wait 3 days, then expect you to have either located the package or re-send my order. If not I'll open a case with PayPal for items not received to charge back the payment to fasttech.
I think mine is a bit different, it appears to have gone through China twice:
