She is probably reporting her credit card company to the BBB, posting negative stuff about them and emailing them every hour because they would not do a chargeback on an item she had not received within 4 hours (exaggerated for effect) of ordering. And also reporting the BBB to the BBB, emailing them hourly and posting negative stuff all over about them because they would not accept any of her complaints.
Missed all that, but just got email from Element Vape that my order (that I placed over a week ago) was cancelled cuz they won't ship to WA now.

Cat report. My vet said that the blood work shows my cat has some sort of kidney disease either from a toxin or its genetic but not infectious.
I got the bottles but haven’t had a moment to try them. I’ll peel myself off the couch in a little while to test them.
