So it really is the Subtank OG not mini! I'd totally order a few but that website is jacked. Says free shipping at $30 but you get to $30 and they want $35 for shipping. Already been through this once.

I've had a handful of whoopses with fasttech over the years, they've made good on all of them, though it takes time. They will ask for a photo or video, and sometimes a follow-up on the ticket is needed.

Maybe there's a cheaper shipping option for returning things to FastTech, but all I could find was an $80 ship cost when I ordered a mod through Ebay from FastTech. I learned my lesson about ordering vape hardware from Ebay. The vendor sent me a clone ... first Pico 75 clone I've ever seen. Maybe it was a really old model Pico 75W with a coarse dot matrix display and fewer features. It had no 4 click power setup for TC mode.

If is is fake or DOA, you normally do not need to pay the shipping costs. Ebay would make the seller pay for it, and on top of that you would have Paypal protection. And for fasttech, I did not even need to ship back my defective product (you usually just take a pic or two of it... sometimes a video).

Usually FT has you return product to a Miami address.
I've never had to do it tho.

If you go to their Shipping and Returns link it says free shipping at $30. Still might put this order in, the mod is actually one I've wanted. A Voopoo X217 that runs on dual 21700 batteries.

I doubt I will hear back before next week but I will post here when/if I get info.

I suspect they changed their terms at some point but neglected to update some of their info.

That's correct ... return shipping is free for defective products or other problems with the order 'caused' by FT. If it's something you just don't want it can be returned but they will charge you for shipping it to you and you obviously pay for the return shipping. In my case I mistakenly left a $28 item in my cart at checkout. They charged me $5 for the shipping and it cost me $3 to ship it back to them. I figured I'd have $20 back and didn't have an atty sitting around that I didn't want. But they do try to discourage you from returns of items just because you don't want them.

Beats me, I've always ordered direct from their web site, never had an issue with fakes (unless they were expressly called a clone or similar, in the case of RDAs).

The Luna and the Spruzza were my OOOO SHINY moments. I actually seriously considered a Billett Box but the more I looked at it the more I realized what a pain in the .... it is to actually deal with and an expensive one at that once you get all the rebuildabe bits and bobs + spare parts.

May seem like that but the BB is a beautiful device and built to last. You can tailor it to suit you - not the other way round like plenty of gear- and just vapes great. It's definitely a rabbit hole but most people that try them fall in love.
