Seriously, thank you for that info!!!!! It would not have occurred to me. And I hadn’t paid attention before, since I just ordered refill bottles.

I’ve never pulled a battery to fill a squonker yet. Zero shorts. But I use mostly Lunas. I have a couple others though, like the pulse and that gloom clone.

You mean the TopSide Duo? (Sorry, I’m just now learning some of the newer mod names) They seem like wonderful devices.

The Luna will go into the stash, and it is hard not pulling out one of my Pulse 90w out of it. I want to squonk every day so badly but I can’t take myself away from my FireLuke mesh. I’m just addicted to it.

ETA headed for the Gremlin sale....lol.... :)
Well you could do what I do.

X mod by the couch
Y mod by the bed
Z mod on the desk
P mod in the kitchen etc

Excuse to have many setups going all at once

I love it when you guys all get to talking squonk gear. And the fact that from what I'm reading it takes so much to keep a good vape going or at least get it started just reinforces the idea that I want nothing to do with it and I'm not tempted to buy a single thing.

In other news... I think my vape dresser is full.

Fasttech prices have been high lately on mods

Most of the stuff I’ve looked at on Fasttech that seemed higher priced came down a lot with the Map code. If they have another sale code, always check to see which makes it cheaper.

Squonking isn’t for everyone, but I don’t see how it’s any more work than any other gear. You fill the bottle and pop a battery in. It’s a little different, but no more effort.

Right. Markfm pointed out that most of the good brand refill bottles have silicon insulators on the positives so no danger of shorts (from those) but there are some el cheapo/early refill bottles out there (I have 1) that are all metal in the 510. Mike Vapes addresses it in this youtube vid:

I get that. If we're somehow still kicking next summer I'll get one and try it out. It just sounds like more work than a simple RTA and that's what I've committed to. Heck I don't even like building that's why my stockpile of coils is so big.

If I wasn't so eager to put the clamp down on the credit card splurge I might be considering adding squonkers to my collection.

@fiddleshe and @*RJ* I am on a quest to get the Starry Night. I will let you know if I have any success. I sure wish they would update their sites when oos.
Thanks. I did email one other company but haven’t heard back yet. We’ll see, but I’m not very hopeful. So my question is what are other mods that take two 21700s? With my two refunds I could swing for one.

If you have a good all day vape, squonking is where it's at for simplicity and top flavor. Even the smaller squonkers provide 6.5 ml capacity, and my 2x700 squonkers run with 8ml bottles - fewer refills. I also don't have any glass to break (I'm a klutz, was stuck vaping horrible gear when a tank glass broke on the outbound segment of a business trip to the middle east)

lol, that was me when I worked at the shop and had a full rotation.

Doesn’t make sense to do it so much anymore, as I only vape about 3 flavors at a time and to most people they’d probably all taste like the same thing.
