Ugh don't tempt me! I left three in a cart one day, they're still there, I just checked.
Um ok...I’ll be sure not to mention how easy it was to build and wick, and how good the flavor is with no worry of leaking. Or that the threads are smooth. Or that Matt Culley, a good-guy vape advocate, probably still gets a cut of the profits. ;)

Sounds like a fire hazard, stop procrastinating and get that taken care of! <3
The whole place isnt worth the cost of the custom fit door tbh. Got about 18 windows though.. might even be able to just push through the wall lol (it's not that bad I'm making a joke), but you can get out the door in an emergency. It would break the seal that's keeping the weather/ ants out. As much as I like Vape mail I don't want to have to re weatherize my door every time when the postman can simply go around to the (stupidly obvious)front door. Moving as soon as I find THE place. Thank you for the concern very valid point if I literally couldn't open the door that would definitely be a fire hazard especially in a 500 square foot house. As it is though if I were to unlock the door the cats could push it open :)

Yeah, but don't they just return the shipment? and if they do not, most people would just charge it back. And if shipments are returned, then they still need to deal with lost shipping expense (postage, packaging, labor) and then the hassle/labor of unpacking and returning the item to inventory. Even though China pays next to nothing for shipping, it still is an expense.
I imagine if that was going to be a big thing it would already be happening in places where the stuff has never been legal or has recently become illegal but from what I can tell FastTech is thriving. Also you can get put on a watch list for online purchases if you do too many chargebacks/returns/etc. A lot of online retailers use a service that basically rates the customer and Flags you. I believe they're supposed to tell you that they're doing this I know VapeNW does it because they tell you they do. The same company that does that for online companies when a customer has many chargebacks or other activity that shows that theyre fraudulent in some way also is used by many brick-and-mortar stores some of them very big names So eventually you're going to cause yourself to not be able to use credit. It's just not a viable option it might work for you a couple times but it's really not worth the repercussions. Also when I'm saying you I don't specifically mean you I mean you as in anyone doing it

Here is what Mass. wants to do. Hope it’s fake news....and not everyone’s future Pending Ban on Flavored E-Cigarettes in Massachusetts Authorizes Forfeiture of Vapers' Cars
Looks like it probably is real news.

It's just so outlandish that it makes it extremely difficult to believe. If it were Russia or China the totalitarianism of the Massachusetts Governor and government would be a little easier to understand.

Imagine being from out of state and going on vacation. You're simply driving through the state to get to your destination in another state and you get pulled over because a cop saw you vaping. Odds are you would not have receipts from Massachusetts. Now your car has been seized, you have a $5,000 fine and you and your family are stranded without a vehicle.

I could not imagine living in a state like that.

Not that my measly cash is anything for Mass to worry about but the state has hit my will not set one toe in for any reason list. The hubby and I were considering a vacation there to take a look around to scope it to see if it is worth hitting the research for retirement list. Its off the list permanently. If they can behave like this on vaping they can and will do it on other things.

Yes I know most people retire south. I plan to retire NORTH.

Mass has the worst forfeiture laws in the country as it is. But, I can't see how you can legally consider someone guilty until they prove themselves innocent, as this proposed law states. I see a massive legal challenge. This is scary as :censored:.

I'm not terribly surprised I am a bit surprised that it applies to a single product like a single Vape product you better have your receipt especially considering police officials and government and judges are not really that familiar with what a vape product is I can easily see somebody getting their car confiscated for their asthma inhaler. I could see a law like this pertaining to someone who has a trunk full of Vape supplies shiny and new in packages that haven't been taxed because they may be trying to distribute or at least according to the police they would be. The law has a very interesting view of what is considered personal use when it comes to other things so I imagine that would also be applied to vape supplies. But reason I'm not that surprised is because basically in the US the forfeiture laws don't even require that you be charged with a crime let alone convicted. Ith a nod from federal law enforcement ( and this is in reference to Federal each state has their own as well) the police can consider your property your bank account your everything to be ill-gotten gains never ever even have to charge you with a crime and they can seize your property without much you can do about it. I think it was part of the anti-racketeering package but I'm not certain on that one I just know it happens not as frequently as it could but it does happen. And usually they get to keep your stuff or the proceeds. I think they claim the original law was to keep organized crime from being able to flee or from fighting the system but it's morphed into a we don't like you so we're going to take your stuff or we are underfunded this year and we need your boat type situation and I'm imagining that this is just the next step of that. Usually they have to at least say that you have ill-gotten gains.

It still all amounts to illegal search and seizure by a government entity and is unconstitutional IMHO.

If the government wants to tell me how to live and what to put in my body, maybe they should pay all my bills like a good “dad” should!
