I’m thinking of making Bronuts today. Gotta go get ready for Sunday dinner at Mom’s. Chicken n dumplings today. One of my son’s favs and she’ll do anything for him. Dad and I just get the side benefit of eating it too cause it’s really all about my son and not us. ;) Hopefully I can start to decorate after dinner. Happy shopping!
I made chicken and dumplings the other day. I’m always curious about how other people do it. I make my dumplings just with flour, milk, and salt and press out the dough so I can cut them into 2” strips and then tear them in half by hand. When I was a kid I loved the kind made by Sweet Sue so mine are a take on those. My husband and stepson love them so we always end up eating them all.

Ive done them with Bisquick and with canned biscuit dough. Either work. I think I prefer the canned biscuit dough though.

The canned dough has too much sugar in it for me, but different strokes. I also don’t prefer the “drop-in” style dumplings or else I’d use bisquick. But let’s face it: chicken and dumplings is good, pretty much no matter how they’re made, and I’m glad there’s so many ways they can be done. Some might say there’s a style of dumpling for every style of vaping. (How’s that for a thread tie-in?)

I hate to be so lazy...I need to buy some squonk bottles for my Luna, Topside, Pulse X...there’s no chance there’s a one-stop shop for any of those? Grumbling, begrudgingly going to the Asmodus site

Is this the one I want for the regular ole Luna? Ultroner Luna x asMODus Squonker Box Mod Replacement Bottle

The way I grew up everything was made with Bisquick. I thought it was great as a kid. I have come to pretty much despise it.

stuck in a squishy pod called my brain
yes, but the hole on that one actually looks a just little too big. Although those are adhesive (which I have never seen before) and it looks like they put them on top of the wrap, you probably want the cardboard ones that go under the wrap as those could fall off over time. Although I suppose you could put them under the wrap, but if you could find the regular cardboard ones you would probably be better off.
I put adhesive & non adhesive under the wrap (not at same time),, the adhesive ones are good for holding in place for a minute,, its not designed to stick forever

 These look great. I wrote them down. Even though they are drops, wouldn’t it be ok to use those numbers as %s? Calling all DIYers.
I think that would be more accurate. I do believe that Bills 100 drop test is what you are thinking about. 1 drop is equal to 1% when testing flavor strengths. This should get you into the right ball park.

:)

I think if you made a bigger batch, more ml's, you could. For a test batch drops are easier for me. Also both recipes are around 3% total for flavor. Not 3% each but total. If you make a flavor shot you could use ml for each flavor. I'm going to try that :)
Not so sure you should go that high unless you are making a huge bottle. Try 1 drop = 1% first with a 30 ml bottle seems more reasonable. jmho.

:)

Somewhere out there
I ended up putting Jackaroo in storage and taking out Muddy Girl Provari Radius to use. I miss Radius so figured what the heck, use what I like and see how long she lasts :) I have back ups for her. So I have a JAC I may put in storage and keep out a Solo and the internal batts to use for now.

Its your prerogative to use whatever you want. Youre a woman.

You decorate for Christmas before Thanksgiving? I thought I was early doing it the day after.
When I used to go cut down a real tree it was exactly three weeks before. When I got an artificial tree it was Thanksgiving weekend. Now that I help my parents more and more I just do it whenever I can as I scramble this time of year. I did not decorate today. Took a nap instead. But I need to get it done soon. Probably the evenings after work this week. And I go all out...it takes a while.

Mom uses canned biscuits.
