I made chicken and dumplings the other day. I’m always curious about how other people do it. I make my dumplings just with flour, milk, and salt and press out the dough so I can cut them into 2” strips and then tear them in half by hand. When I was a kid I loved the kind made by Sweet Sue so mine are a take on those. My husband and stepson love them so we always end up eating them all.I’m thinking of making Bronuts today. Gotta go get ready for Sunday dinner at Mom’s. Chicken n dumplings today.One of my son’s favs and she’ll do anything for him.
Dad and I just get the side benefit of eating it too cause it’s really all about my son and not us.
