All the coils I make are made on a 3mm dia rod. How do I determine the inside diameter of these FT coils?

If you look at where the product title is at the top, just under that is a description in smaller font that tells the diameter.

Pretty sure 0.32mm is the diameter of the coil itself, not the diameter of the wound coil. Under dimensions it lists the "width" at 3.5mm which one would assume is the outside diameter of the wound coil. So the inner diameter of the wound coil would be 3.5-0.32 = 3.18mm.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks all for the feedback. For a few cents a coil I have to give them a try. An order get's placed this evening. FT reminded me that nothing is shipped between Jan 20 and Feb 1, Chinese holiday.

Yeah, that's got to be correct. I considered buying some premade, and looked a couple of times, but they're hard to shop for. None I saw list the ID, and I want 2mm because that gives me the amount of wick that I need. Also, I can't find any similar to what I know I like: 316L, 2mm ID, 7 wraps, spaced, about 0.58 ohm. Most ohms are in teens and twenties, maybe 0.4x, then jump up to 1+.

Got my (2) Advken Dominators in today, kind of a surprise as 17 track still says "in transit." Anyways they came with the tank, a replacement glass, a 0.16 head installed, the RBA, an accessories bag and a screwdriver. Also came with some cotton and what appears to be a glass cleaning cloth. All of that was listed on the outside of the box except for the cotton and the cloth.

Also... I can't get this thing apart. Not the top juice well, not even taking the drip tip off. Took me some time but I was able to get the base off. Going to try again with some pliers when I get home but if I can't get access to the juice well without them I'm going to need to make this an "at home" tank.

*edit* OK I have access to the juice well. It slides, not twists open.

I believe it would be 3.5-0.32-0.32 to account for the “left” wire diameter and the “right” wire diameter.

Oops! Yes you would be correct. Of course all of this is based on the assumption that the 3.5 mm listed is the outside dimension of the coil and not the inner dimension.
