I forget... it was e-cigsomething. It was posted in this thread but that was months ago and I think they had changed their name and now only sell flavoring. It was like $30 a liter or so. I think it was the state of Washington. Why the mysterious lack of detail? I wanna know what company, what state and what price!![]()
This may help!
THE FLAVOR APPRENTICE SHELF LIFE FLAVOR INFORMATION...
I would put some 21700/18650 mods in the mix. From what I have read, there is compelling evidence that 21700 will replace 18650 at some point (when? that's impossible to tell - but the cost of producing 21700 is getting lower and lower).
You have an excellent plan. I really like your thought process on how you prepped, it's effective, efficient, and logical. Planning for stealth/open vaping was a great touch. As far as flavors go, I have 10 year old flavors...If in doubt, try to ensure any long-term stored flavors are packaged in glass IMO.
For those of you old enough to remember, think Burgess Meredith and his glasses at the end of the famous Twilight Zone episode.
I also asked Nic River about their storage and they said it was meant for long term storage and could be frozen in the container.
One of the reasons I prefer NicVapes, they bottle in glass. You have an excellent plan. I really like your thought process on how you prepped, it's effective, efficient, and logical. Planning for stealth/open vaping was a great touch. As far as flavors go, I have 10 year old flavors that were exposed to heat and light. Most are just as good as they were when purchased new, the only change in those was a loss of potency (10-20%), but I have a small number that became unusable after this. The negatively affected flavors were stored in plastic bottles, and I suspect leaching had something to do with it. It's just suspicion as I don't have the equipment to test this theory. If in doubt, try to ensure any long-term stored flavors are packaged in glass IMO.
There was a time when flavors packaged in glass were top shelf. Things changed, but I still think glass is the king for storage. Plastic squeeze bottles are much easier for mixing though. Beats syringes for mixing using a scale for sure. ADV flavors that get used alot benefit from this packaging solution greatly. One of the reasons I prefer NicVapes, they bottle in glass.
I just use a pipettes to transfer flavoring. I don't mind this, it is easy. There was a time when flavors packaged in glass were top shelf.
