    Not so fast. Per Dimitri:

"The bill makes no provisions that ban the import of the banned items for personal consumption, only for "sale or distribution." (Division A Title II Section 201 [14])."

To be determined, I guess. But we clearly have two conflicting laws.

They'll go for the one that suits their purposes, not for the one that ensures the rights of the people.

Who's they? And how exactly are they going to go about it? Do they even know and understand the laws they are passing?

Anyway, the whole thing is a mess and a disgrace and I really don't even care anymore. I am so disappointed with the whole system, the stupidity of our governing bodies, the works. Maybe this too shall pass.

    Oh, and one more thing.

    :censored: the FDA.

"They" is the :censored:ing FDA and the whole stupid government of which you speak. The one that used to be "of the people, by the people, and for the people." Not anymore. Now it's for the wealthy and the powerful, the corrupt companies and politicians. I'm speaking to you, Nancy!

    BTW, :censored: the FDA

They will go with the convincing court argument who determines which law is 'in effect" if and when importation really gets it together, etc.

    Anna

Right. Just what we need. More litigation. God help us. *sigh*

It would take an advocacy group like CASAA to do it. No one individual is big enough to do it by himself.

CASAA is too poor to take on the government. Only a big vapor company can do it. Like Sottera Inc. v FDA did in 2010--but even they ran out of money and Enjoy had to rescue them.

But since it it has to do with personal importation, no US company will do it since it is competition with their products. Perhaps a Chinese company, but that would go over like a lead balloon. I could see the Chinese secretly funding someone to take it on.

All stocked up and good to go, until my wife came home last night.

Her good friend that we helped make the move to vaping mentioned that her daughter has just started vaping and has cut way back on her Marlboro lights. She knows little more than how to vape at this point but is really enjoying it.

Time for an unplanned last minute stockup of tobacco liquid, at least enough to get her through the next few months. Thanks to some blowout deals there are a dozen 120ml bottles of inexpensive but tasty tobacco liquid on the way. I'm happy to helping somebody who's serious about quitting, just like the early days. Good thing we found out yesterday!

I think we're all stocked up now.

I received my VooPoo contest win of the Argus GT in the mail last night. It took awhile to come from the Netherlands. It's ok though because it sure is pretty. Looks a lot like the Aegis mods with the skeleton and stitching on leather look.

I have yet to put a battery in it and fire it up. Maybe later.

I got a notice my coils have been delivered so they must be in my mail box :) Great way to end the stock up journey!
My last ten packs of coils are in the mailbox now, too. But I think Aspire submitted a PMTA for nautilus coils; I have no empirical evidence of this (I have not searched for it) but if a coil were to survive the process, I’d put money on the Nautilus. Either way, I’m good on those (provided there is no unforeseen mishap) for a while.

My email suggests some websites are still business as usual today. It seems that some believe companies will operate until forced to close. The mandates were confusing and haphazardly released and I would not be surprised if the FDA genuinely does not understand its next move.

Anyway. I have nothing else to pontificate about on this subject for now. I guess, like with so many things, it’s a matter of “wait and see,” which is a totally unfair way to run a government.

I really like the Argus GT. I bought four of them and found out that I won another one on Youtube.
