I bought this one in 2016, still going strong with no issues and it's energy efficient too.

Magic Chef 5.0 cu. ft. Chest Freezer in White-HMCF5W4 - The Home Depot

Magic Chef seems to be the cheapest. 4-ish years isn't bad. The $99 magic chef puffon linked to is not able to be purchased by me, even for ship to store or home delivery.

But I'll be honest with you, I'm afraid if I get a 5 cu ft freezer that I'll be tempted to fill it with more nic  (not joking)

I really like the 5 cu ft because it has plenty of room for the 4 locked ammo cases my nic bottles are in. :)

I was looking at a 3.5 cubic foot one but the 5 was only $15 more so I went with it - https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-5-0-cu-ft-chest-freezer-white/6385028.p?skuId=6385028 It's only a couple inches taller and wider, about counter height.

Ironically, when I transferred all my nic stock into it I found two liters I had overlooked before!

For those who are worried. We got heat. Apparently the thermostat failed. We are slowly warming up now. :)

Landlord and Heat guy came by and fixed it.

YAY!!! I am so glad for you! I was checking every few it was like a news story I couldn't turn away from :) we have the super cold temps here too.

So out of curiosity, how long have you had it?
Only a week. The reviews I researched looked consistently good and it appears this model has been around for some time. I was interested a while back but they were out of stock for a long time due to pandemic stockpiling. They fit well standing upright in minivans too!

Are you saying I need to get a minivan, too?

But seriously, you bring up a point I wasn't thinking of so much. I may be better off looking for a free shipping deal like at Home Depot because I'm not sure I can fit even a 3.5 cu ft packaged freezer in my small car, not even the trunk.

Will have to look into this more. My freezers back to 0F now but I think it's best I get a freezer at this point because I have no idea if what is happening is normal (doubtful).

Yes, a minivan is required for you to continue vaping. It's in the rules.

I still have the box and it measures 23x26x34.

Yep, gone are the days of getting rid of an appliance because they look ugly but still work.
Now you cross your fingers they work more than a year or two.

I threw an old Kenmore fridge/freezer from the late 60's in my basement decades ago. Dang thing is still working beautifully today.

I just have to decide now, what kind of "quarantine supplies" I might also want to keep in my new Nic freezer.
Cuz there's plenty of room in there...(this is a 3.5 I just got).

I have a top load freezer and since it's just me it would work out just fine unless I also want to store nic...food or nic...nic or food? I need both, I like to cook and I like my nic so this afternoon I purchased the 3.5 chest freezer. It's perfect for me. I was looking at the size in the store and the first thing I thought about was I can get more nic :w00t:...YAAAY MEEE. I got a rotisserie for my grill and love it so I'll purchase a couple whole chickens to lessen the guilt...ya know.
