Yeah, maybe. I didn't check the list of states in the checkout form, but they seemed to be all there, or mostly there.
It is still a good deal for those wanting peace of mind. Don't know how long the led screen will work. I haven't used mine in a couple years.
I'm always logged in to smile.amazon, when I follow the link it takes me to amazon, where I get the eBook page. When I change amazon in the address bar to smile.amazon, I get a 'secure connection failed' error.
I think I'd like to pick up a couple of these, but maybe I can't. Did a web search too. Came up empty, even on dovpoecig.com.

LATER: Well, I put several in my cart at amp.maxvaping, but when I clicked checkout I was redirected to the eBook page on amazon. Next, I created an account at amp.maxvaping, but when I tried to log in, I was again redirected to the same damned eBook page. If I so much as try to look at my shopping cart on amp.maxvaping, I am redirected. Frustrating, to say the least. I think I'll give up now.
STILL LATER: I think I've found the problem. Although I couldn't swear to it, I don't think the notice was on the product page earlier. Now (on a different computer), it says the product is unavailable due to PACT restrictions. Which doesn't explain to me the redirections. I can't even load the product page on the first computer without being redirected. And, who decided I might want to buy 'Fifty Shades of Silver Hair and Socks', anyway???

I just attempted checkout again, logging in with my store account. All 50 states are listed in checkout and the Pact Act blurb disappears on product page.

That's right. only text, like you said. They won't send it via email. Luckily I was on the fence in ordering from them last week so I waited and in about 20 minutes I got the link for 10% off lol.
I don't have a smartphone so I had to type in the URL manually in the browser on my PC, but it still worked.

Given that Re-Ordering Nicotine from someone else is Problematic. And I Didn't see anything in their T's & C's about Customers having to Fork Out More for Shipping.
That's the biggest issue and they should be sympathetic to it. They also brought on their backlog of orders by having 3 or 4 sales right before the SHTF. It's almost like as if they were hoping this would happen

What is Discouraging is a Company like this can make Money Hand over Fist for Years. And wanted to play a Role in the e-Cigarette Community as a "Good Guy".
But then, at the End, when Vapers have a Barrel over their Heads, Ownership somehow Forgets about about all those Years of putting Profits on Schedule C's.
And wants their Loyal Customers to Pay something Extra because NN Didn't Stop taking Orders when they saw they Couldn't get them out In Time.
I Think NN Should Man-Up. And Honor Orders even if it means they have to Spend a Few Bucks more to Ship them.
I'm glad they never got a dime of my money. This is the second time now that they basically posted publicly "hey, we might be screwing you over". I guess they get a point for at least giving a heads-up so you can go get some lube.
Well cut Nude Nic a bit a a break ... their first notification was if they couldn't get it out by the deadline they were going to cancel your order and refund your money. At least now they are giving a choice to cancel/refund or pay additional for shipping.

They gave that choice before on their first notice. That's not the point anyhow because the consumer has the right to cancel a non-shipped order according to credit card association rules. That's not their call so they aren't doing anyone any favors by giving them an option they already have. There is also a credit card association rule against a mail order company not shipping an order within X days after order was placed, so anyone with an order pending shipment past that time frame has rights to a refund upon request or a chargeback. Consumer rights.
The problem is they put buyers in a predicament that, so far, others have not. They drummed up sales through discounts after the industry already knew what was going to happen in the not-so-distant future.
They stated this publicly so anything they say over the phone in secret (as I have heard in rumors) is really not valid. We can only go by what they state publicly.

Because getting ahold of Nicotine is becoming Difficult. So Canceling your Order isn't all that much of a Choice to Many/Most.
The there is the "Choice" of Paying More for something that was Already Paid for.
Gee... Call me Old School. But Why should I have to Pay More for Something when I Didn't Change My Order? If they Took My Money and agreed to the Sale, why shouldn't They Not have to Live Up to their end of the Deal?
Isn't that what a Contract Is? And Isn't that what Buyers/Sellers are Entering into when We Buy Something from a Seller.

And not to mention, what about those people that bought from them with very little money to spend and had no stash to begin with, and sunk all their money and faith in to NN because they were told they are a top notch company? What if they don't have the money to buy more nic and have to wait for the NN refund, then in that time they lose out of getting reasonably priced nicotine...or any at all?
