I DIY also. I was probably on their mailing list from long ago.
But I mainly posted this because they are going contrary to what everyone has been thinking. So maybe they have the bucks or the backing to comply with the deeming regs?
They have to know what is going on.....they have been around longer than I have.(I've been here almost 6 yrs)

They are doing at the moment what many other vendors are doing that have paid attention to the deeming rules and are actually trying to work as best they can within it hoping it gets changed down the road. Having their juice mixed out of house. Getting new flavors on the market before 8/8/16. Basically making lots of changes to what they've been selling before that 8/8/16 date kicks in. All in hopes that it will keep them going for at minimum two more years and hoping there will be enough changes via congress and the court to keep going far beyond 2018. Nothing in what they said indicates they will actually submit any PMTA's.

I used to know a Norwegian who collect kaleidoscopes,, not the cheap toy ones,, but the very upper end ones. if memory serves,, he started because it had a calming effect on his autistic son.

they are a work of art,, sort of a relaxing hobby. I wouldn't mind having one,, but I would also like to get a small hand held telescope.. (think old school)

I had a neighbor once who had a huge telescope in his dining room looking over a small 'lake'... at a neighborhood Christmas party is when we all saw it......later the next year at the neighborhood bbq he mentioned that we had another neighbor who walked around their house naked all of the time...........that neighbor was 1 of my old bosses (fat & mean). I wonder since everything comes from a mixing lab that gets the part covered on no changing packaging or Manufacturing. Then all they need is a retail tobacco sellers license. Would make things easier for now.

Yes, you are correct, but did you notice they are dropping prices also. They are trying to increase their customer base.

Well crap. The bank just called saying someone has now gotten a hold of my cc #. Thank god they declined the charges and called me. New card being sent.
So, please everyone BEWARE. I am gonna try to find out where this happened, if I can.
Will update if I find which vendor has crappy security.

Sure hope we can still order post aug 8th from FT. My housemate has now bent both of her nautilus bases that are in rotation (this makes 4 wrecked in the past few months). I have 3 more assembled tanks but no spare bases and I wanted to order a handful more since I bought 15 x 5 packs of coils for the stockpile for her and at this rate the tanks/bases will be destroyed/useless before the coils are used up.

How are they getting bent? I've been using the same two in rotation for almost a year now and look good as new.

You should be able to. But IMHO it might be best to just wait a bit and see how much of a PITA the FDA decides to be about about our imports. I learned a long time ago with the FDA that just because they can't doesn't mean they don't.

Oh no. Glad they are on top of things. I'm sorry this happened to you.

At least they contacted me this time. That in itself it an improvement over just using a debit card where I was the one who had to catch the fraud.

Just odds and ends arrived. Some MV juice, more flavorings from TFA and FA, and a bunch more syringes in different sizes and blunt nose needles. Did get a shipping confirmation on my Limitless Plus though, so that's exciting.

I think my mailman will be very happy on 8/9 when the floodwaters of packages to my mailbox eases to a trickle.

That just stinks I had it happen to me around the 4th of July, fortunately even though it is a debit card they caught it, refused the transaction and called to notify me they shut down my card. I could not find out from the cc company (it's not tied to my bank) where it was compromised but since I rarely use that card online I knew where/who it was.

Maybe consider changing the style of her equipment.

How are they getting bent? I've been using the same two in rotation for almost a year now and look good as new.

She is basically clumsy/careless and drops/tips it often.

I tried getting her to use the nautilus x and she didn't like it. At some point she will have no choice but to switch to something rebuildable. I am thinking the STM (or some of my cubis or cubis pro perhaps as they are even shorter and more durable I think) might suit her when it comes to that as you can really restrict the airflow in that for a MTL hit like she prefers and then I can rebuild it in the 1.5 - 1.8 ohm range.
