I was checking out that Adapter when I came across this video. I was iffy about it before, but after watching the video, I definitely decided against it.
I've only had that happen once and I was pressing it really really hard
and I'm not saying it doesn't happen, I completely agree with everything he said
it's not the best design but it works a heck of a lot better than the lift siphon system
I've been using it for 2 years and as said only had that happen once and I was really really stressed at work and took it out on my squonk
other than that after 2 years of use the silicon broke/tore a hole where my nail presses into it
I wish someone would redesign it though
you can turn any mod into a squonker so I mean buy you a cheap 2 battery mod and this is still cheaper than most dual battery squonkers...or if you have a 3 battery mod

not that I have found, have to buy the whole thing and newer ones don't even come with a spare one...older ones did, it came with a clear and a blue sleeve...apparently they got rid of the blue one
I wonder if some silicone sealer would be safe to use to help seal it

I just pulled mine out to take a look, it does have an extra sleeve, the blue one. I checked FT and didn't see sleeves for them but they have the whole squonk genius.
true but that isn't going to fit every mod and looks kinda funny
would work for a tube mod and maybe some box mods though not sure how you would screw it on to a box mod...

Yeah, I don't like the fact that their aluminum, either. I don't think I'd ever buy one regardless. Would be too weird lol.

I use FDA silicone sealant on my preferred 21700 squonk bottles (they're ones with the collar air vent mechanism that is useless to me; I seal it so it can't leak). That stuff has worked great, a squonk bottle that's several years old, a lot of use, still functions well.
