    Somewhere between here and there
Tempting. I have 3 boxes of GT2, 1 box of GT1 coils and about 4 boxes of Geekvape supermesh. I just searched the thread and found a post from me complaining about dry hits on the Geekvape so I might just be up for ordering more vaporesso GT coils.

Getting kind of shopping burn out though. Bought three pairs of shoes this week, and 6 mods already this month.

I have a lot more of the Gt coils than that. I mostly bought the gt ccell .5 coils but did pick up some others on clearance sales.

Yeah I wasn't I'm just thinking of this now after getting a couple more Vaporesso tanks and realizing that I didn't like all the Geekvape Supermesh coils.

If you can use 0.4ohm coils...a good friend loves the GeekVape iM1 coils, in his Cerberus tanks and others in the category that can use many of the same coils. He gets 2-3 weeks off of each coil, and he runs a whole bunch of eliquid through each one. The iM1 are usually more expensive than the Vaporesso GT coils, but you get a box of 5 instead of 3. I've gotten him the iM1 for as low as $6.60/box though when using a coupon or during a Sale.

I'm going to have to give the Supermesh coils another try. If I remember correctly I only tried one of them, so it could have just been a bad coil. Will keep you posted though and try to work them into the rotation soon.

Currently have brand new coils in both my TFV12 Prince and my Toptank. Life is good... and tasty!

I currently have 4 orders in the works, 3 from Fasttech and one from Sourcemore. I have a Voopoo Drag 3 that just shipped, still in China. I have a Dead Rabbit RTA that is ready to ship, and an Oumier Rudder that will ship in 2 days. Those are from FT. From Sourcemore, I have a Vandy Vape Pulse V2 squonker that has shipped, still in China.

I was going to ask you this, haha. I've had nothing but good experiences with them so far. Knock on wood.

Well I did want to fire up another Supermesh but for some reason I was dying to try the 0.18 ohm "GT Mesh" (what a bad name) that came with the Vaporesso Gen S Ultra kit. The NRG S tank is really nice for a dual battery mod because it can hold 8 ml of juice!

Taste is great the first night, we'll see how long it lasts. Tons of vapor, more than my TFV12 Prince even. Mod is definitely not tippy I'm slowly getting comfortable with it on my desk. My only complaint is that I'm so used to pressing the fire button with my index finger that I never see the screen on this thing, not that I really need to.

Overall happy with the purchase and happy I finally decided to take something new out and play with it. Might try to take it out and about, feels fine in my sweatshort pockets and my phone is most likely to fall out of those if anything. My TFV12 leaks all over the place the second it leaves my desk but I think I've had good luck with the Vaporesso tanks.

A huge pro for me with the haku riviera rdta clones in squonk mode is for me they're really leak free, once I plugged the deck fill port (not used for squonking) with a bit of rayon.

I run relatively thin eliquid, 50% pg.

My pulse x has been on its side overnight many nights, with liquid in the tank section of the rdta, no issues with liquid leaks in the morning.

... But OUCH on the shipping - $11.

11 Bucks is almost what a Pack of Smokes cost in some places. And a Little less than 2 Packs in others.

I say it was Worth it just to get what you Wanted.

    :)

    Was I supposed to? :D
I guess it's not technically "free", lol. It's an option when you choose the S&H. UPS Ground I think is the cheapest, but if you go the next highest (USPS Priority I think arrives a day earlier) which is like a buck or two more, they give you a fancy flashlight that you can use the batteries in. If you chose not to get it and really want one though, I can mail you one of many I have sitting here that I'll never get around to breaking.

Actually, the $11 was the cheapest option. I was shocked. 4 batteries don't weigh that much, not even 21700s. It made me wonder if USPS is making them ship batteries in certain ways. Thanks for the flashlight offer, but I have several already. :)

Yeah, it's based on the way items like these are shipped. They're HAZMAT, noted by the big firey flame sticker that gets pasted on all of the boxes, lol. They have to be handled with special care, and often times be transported in inefficient ways due to safety regs.

So if I was using 0.4 ohm coil in my old my at 60W and I'm now using 0.18 ohms at 60W in my new mod shouldn't the new mod be running through batteries faster? If anything it seems slower. There's a good chance I don't understand electrical equations as much as I think I do.

Still very happy with this thing.

It's pretty much the power used that determines how quickly you go through batteries, and also depends on the efficiency of the mod electronics. There's always some overhead power consumption for the electronics themselves (think screen brightness), plus the actual conversion of power pulled from the battery to output power delivered to the tank will have an efficiency factor.

For example, if the regulator is 90% efficient at a certain power output, 100w pulled from the battery will deliver 90w (100×0.9) to the tank.

Regulators will have highest efficiency at a certain level, be less efficient when the output is different from the "sweet spot" for that particular design.

So, two mods running 60w output will have different battery run times depending on the electronics power consumption and the power conversion efficiency.

I have 1 Mod that seems to take Forever to go from 100% to 50%. But then it seems to go from 50% to 25% very Quickly.

I have Another Mod that after about 5 hits on a Fresh Battery, it Drops to about 75%. But after that, it is a Slow, Linear Decrease down to 25%.

All the Info above about Efficiency is True. And some Mods do a Better Job of Creating Voltage than others. Especially at the Top End of their "Advertised" Wattage.

But some Mods just Don't have a very Accurate or Consistent Battery Meter over their Entire Scale. So the Only real way to Know is to pull your Battery out and measure it with a DMM at a bunch of Displayed Percentages. But who has time for that?
