    I'm sure they will Mowgli!

My last FT order made it to Miami today. Yay. It's normally 3 days from arrival in Miami until I have my packages.
Yay for you. My GB order of 7/12 finally made it to the US.

    PS, I am a GA native :)

My order of replacement coils made it to Chicago today too. I'd given up on them getting here before the 8th. Hope they make it through, but no great loss if they don't.
Everything else I've ordered stateside is moving through the postal system. Should have all of those by Friday.

He is trying to beat the mid-day heat I think.
This is exactly why I don't use my debit card. You don't have nearly as much fraud protection as you do with a credit card.

Not so, it depends on the card issuer and their fraud policies.
I have excellent fraud protection on my debit card. Both times I had my info stolen they caught it immediately, refused the first unauthorized transaction, shut my card down, notified me and issued me a new card all in the same day, I was never out a dime.

Most general purpose prepaid cards are riskier than credit cards or debit cards because they lack legal dispute rights for errors and unauthorized use, they are the equivalent of cash.
Walmart does have anti-fraud protection policies attached to its moneycard system, however, in 2014 their system was hacked, over a period of 6 months various card holders had their cards suddenly drained. On the plus side Walmart did refund hacked card balances (provided it was reported in the proper time frame because it is up to the card holder to catch and report unauthorized use within 10 days of incident) on the down side took several weeks for the money to be refunded.

I think the best thing is to read and understand the fraud protection the card/issuer offers, no matter what type of card it is, and go with the best protection available.

Hmm....Mine just says arrived at USPS facility. Don't know if that means they've been through customs yet or not.
I should say, has been processed through ISC. Now I've read elsewhere that ISC is the customs sorting facility. Well, I should know more today or tomorrow.

I was trying to move that post of mine over to the thread I really meant it for. Came back here to delete it and it had already been quoted. Man this thread moves fast.

The one I have doesn't have a per purchase fee at all. It's a monthly fee of 3.00 if you keep your balance below 500.00, and 3.00 to load if you keep your balance below 500.00. (Free if you keep the higher balance though) But even so, it's cheaper than risking fraud, and it's continual.. you don't have to keep getting new cards when you spend what was on it, and your information stays the same, so you can autofill forms which is a time saver.

As far as where the charges came from, businesses used to charge a fee to the customer to use Visa, since Visa charges 2% (aprox.) of each purchase Visa is used on to the business for the convenience of accepting Visa.

Visa made a rule later then, that a business could no longer pass the cost onto the customer, so now, all a business can do to pass the cost on, is to hike all their prices up that 2% fee, and then offer a 2% cash discount to cash paying customers.. rather than to do what used to be customary. In time, businesses stopped offering the cash discount. Lol.. never did know why.

But I agree with you, fine print is important.

I'm in Canada, but I'd guess that the agreement is the same in the States. When we got our credit/debit machines the agreement that we sign has a clause that we cannot offer a discount to someone paying cash, or debit (debit costs a lot less per transaction than credit cards). We also cannot charge extra fees for debit or credit.

VB has age verification. I only found out after my sale went through. This was back either late June, early July. I was waiting for my order to be shipped but it just kept saying 'on hold'. I finally sent an email and that is when they told me in order to get my package shipped I had to submit a copy of my drivers license in pdf format. Only way they would except it. PDF only. And the only way I could get my package shipped. Really ticked me off. Terrible cs.

I've never ordered from Viper Vape before, but got this:

    FLASH SALE!!!
    Save 15% off almost EVERYTHING
    Today Only

    Coupon Code: flash15

    Sale ends tonight at Midnight
this is the dumb site that I had a card declined due to transmission/connection issues yet I got charged anyway and had to dispute it with my CC company. Had the same happen at Mr E and waiting for the pending transaction/hold to fall off, or get confirmed so I have to dispute that one as well.

I just got finished mixing nearly 2 liters of juice for myself and 2 other people. We all have 6 month supplies of our favorites. I used up all the nic base that I had out of the freezer so I won't even have to break anything out of the freezer until sometime in 2017.

I'm going to cruise right past 8/8 without anything to do except vape what I already have and not worry about what I don't. Man it feels good. And it WAS NOT fun or easy getting to this point...I hate the FDA. Having your arm bent behind your back and forcing you to do things is not a way I or anyone else wants to live. Deep resentment has set in but it will pass eventually.
