I still need a kick for the HOH mech
Good place to get one?

Hoosier E-cigs has them for $4 each, and they ship out fast! Worth checking out the clearance section in case there is something else you need.

If you have a 510 to 510 connector and a little JB Weld, you might be able to extend that.
I had a 510 connector on one of my Johnson Creek Vea's (early vape gear) go wonky. DH fixed it right up.
I'm sure you're not short on gear, but just wanted to throw that out there.
It might look a little goofy, and you won't be able to use anything with ego threading, but it should function.

ETA: You know, scratch that. :(
The Vea charged from the bottom, those charge from the top, and I don't know if that would work. It works fine for pass through types, so I'll leave it, but don't try for ego style.
The threads wore down on mine. They are cheap enough and to almost get a year out of it is not to bad. :)

I have one that way as well. No, I think a year is great on that. :)
I think I'll go back and clear that post. ;)

I'll be getting my money together, watching HR 2058, Cole-Bishop Amendment to the Agriculture Bill, and the lawsuits. If I buy something between now and Dec it will be because I found a good price and bought multiples of the same thing.

Umm I might need a kick though. I'll bother figuring out mechs at a later date.

@bnrkwest I hope to one day have a thread spread like wildfire with positivity and people getting along. Nice job. For you've made vapers in all levels, in all experiences, share conversation in a polite and kind way. I must say, it's a first for me, to see this. I see lot of disagreements and arguing (as we know), more than usual. The thread get's from "What's your favorite juice company" to "F- the FDA, that's why I live in Machu Picchu" in a matter of minutes.
We have had a great time here, it was so much fun with everyone helping each other :)

The good Doctor spoke about things he knows not and took quite a bit of flack for his unscientific statements about what might happen to wire.
I missed your reply this morning.
Indeed, I was going to say the same Woofer.
But the last time I dared be critical of Dr. F it was I who had to take quite a bit of flack.

I remember when Marlboro cigarettes went up to 13.00 a carton, at that time I said if they hike the price again I swear I'll quit smoking.. lol.. I didn't quit until they were about 50.00 a carton.

I wonder when those guys up there finally figure out how to quit. I can't imagine spending that much.
I quit right when they went up to $6 /pack retail
but I'd get my cartons at the Seminole reservation so they were *much* cheaper

it's the taxes that screw us and that's how they're screwing us now.

If you have a gas cook top skip buying a torch. You can pass a length of wire through the open flame to anneal it. Hold it with pliers on one end to pass it through. I use some thin wire on a couple of atomizers sometimes and have always done it this way to stiffen the wire rather than buying a torch.

Excuse me if I'm wrong but is there any noticeable difference between heating the wire pre or post coil?
I know the wire is ever so slightly easier to wrap but I can't even tell the difference. It's not that stiff. I just bend the wire, put the coil in an atty and then pulse the coil and scratch the coil with my screwdriver to get rid of any hotspots. Torches are handy anyway but I really wouldn't bother. You could get another spool and some cotton for the same price and just forget heating the wire pre coil.Imo.

I tried the Key Lime with a little bit of Lucky Shot, yummmmm!
I tried it and didn't like it, also tried just LS and with lemon. Go figure. Loved the Lotta Latte, choc cake and especially the Blue Note though.

I will never forget when overnight at the Res, generics went from 13.00 a carton to 33.50. I couldn't believe it. Kept smoking though, for about a year and then found vaping and never paid for another cig.

Right! That's about when I quit. After a long trek down the Tamiami Trail
I was dumbfounded. It was a true double u, tee, eff moment.
Like did the Feds just break another treaty or what?

But I stopped by The Pit on my back and ate BBQ
and corn on the cobb and forgot all about it :)

My last few years of smoking, I did the RYO with the home machine, tubes and pipe tobacco. I only spent $300/year on cigarettes. I have spent much more than that on vaping. But, that's changing. ;)
