vaping in and of itself is harm reduction so I get you there. When I was smoking cigarettes, I knew they were harmful but that didn't stop me or any of us from buying them until we were ready to make that change. While we were smoking, I seriously doubt anyone was researching to death all the things that go into a cigarette. I know I wasn't.
That's not to say I care less about what goes in my body but I figure PG, VG, nic & some wick is the the least of my problems. I'm just happy I can walk down the street without having to stop to catch my breath!
I was diagnosed allergic to cigarettes, among other things, though I think any kid that goes in for allergy testing gets told they allergic to smokes, and am asthmatic.... none of that stopped me from smoking off and on for decades. I haven't touched my asthma inhaler since I started vaping.
Okay, I am confused here. It's my understanding that Palm Oil comes from the African palm, rather than the Coconut palm. Coconut is a product of palm trees but coconut oil and palm oil are derived from different species of palm- you have coconut derived from one and palm derived from the other, so I am finding their description confusing. I personally would e-mail them and get it sorted before I purchased it to make sure what I was getting.Huuummm... It does say - "Made in Indonesia from coconuts. (Palm Based)"

Vandal, I believe you are correct. Everything I have read indicates that difference and the palm based is the one bad for the enviro, especially in Indonesia. Googling gives a ton of info on palm bases and coconut based as well as enriro concerns.

I can say that I am certainly on the hunt for one or two high end regulated mods, and an authentic mech still. I will probably continue to buy until I can't anymore. I have my sights set on several but will wait until I pay off my last purchase. At least that is what I am telling myself this week.

Going on 8 months of heavy usage with my Radius and it is a beast. Solid as a rock and works perfectly. I have the full stealth version and it barely shows any wear of months of being dropped, cup holders with coins, briefcases, checked suitcases, etc.
One of the best mods I have ever used.
I have been vacillating on one for months and wanted a Procyon too, but finally caved to Radius, got to love finding deals on Classies! LOL
Hopefully at the very least we have until Black Friday sales. Would be the ideal time to stock up on High End Regulated Mods sketchness... may be risky to wait that long all the way until November. I have very little in terms of hardware compared to most of the ECF members posting to this thread. Just one Sigelei 150W(original No TC) an XCube 2(use daily), Sigelei 30W(No TC), an ELeaf Istick 60W TC someone gave me because they quit vaping, and a couple of Vape Pens (Spinner 2 and some cheaper one that only stays at 3.7V) Have about 8 RTA Tanks, 4 of which I use weekly(Aromamizer's) and 1 Aromamizer Supreme. I would recommend people to stock up on the Aromamizer's they have excellent build quality and overall great flavor and cloud production. I can also get about 2 days on the Aromamizer so thats about 3ml of Juice daily consumption. I vape a high nic though between 18MG and 24MG. VapersTek quality EU sourced nicotine is stronger so when I mix my own 18MG feels like 24MG premade store bought juice.

I'm comfortable with the fact that they state that it's made from coconuts. Perhaps the "PALM BASED" is to distinguish it from "soy based" for customers that may have been confused as to the "base". I don't really know. I do know that the statement of "PALM BASED" is very recent and is in all caps, which tells me that there may have been some confusion in the past.
I have two different brands of organic coconut oil in my house (I go through gallons). Nowhere, on either label, does it state that it is palm based--although it is due to the fact that it came from a palm tree. So, the more I think about this the more I believe that the addition of "palm based", to the website, is to alleviate confusion. Nowhere on the RTS site does it say anything about "palm oil".

I just ordered four mods recently, spending about $175 total on batteries and some coils, and I think that might have been an overreaction lol. Only time will tell!
