I have taken off more weight than that in the past 3.5 years and I only started vaping 14 or 15 months ago and have lost weight since then as well. I started to count my calories religiously and weigh everything I eat at home on a food scale and would track my daily walks and bike rides with my phone to adjust my daily calorie deficit. I actually had a hard time not losing more weight when I got to my goal weight this spring and finally caved in to the fitness tracker craze to better track my cals out vs in with a fitbit.

Way to go Fozzy! That's awesome. :thumb:

One mod from Provape $30
Fed Ex shipping $30
Brokerage fee plus taxes and everything else they add. $30
That sounds about like what the guys total came close to on those magazines.I can't remember exactly, but i think he paid me like $35,then standard usps shipping was around $30,and like you mention,i think he said duty and taxes were right around $30 or so,and that was like 10 years ago_On top of the crazy fees he had to pay,it took like 18 days for him to get the package. He was right across from the Michigan border, and my state is just below Michigan. When i was a kid,me and my grandma used to take day trips to Canada, and it took us just a few hours to get there, but yet the postal service took 18 days to carry a package the same distance haha.

I thought I was done but I have 5 orders still out - 2 from the US and 3 from China. All of them have "shipped", now it is a race to see when they actually show up.

I've debated the "coiling thing" with myself and came to the conclusion that many of my builds last months (and then may only need to be rewicked) and if and when I can't redo them I'll have to resort to the pile of starter gear I have which use factory coils.

As long as a direct supply chain to China for the atomizer heads remains clear I'll go that route or whatever black market emerges. All bets are off if the older starter gear gets more or less expensive as time goes on.

I can't complain too much though. For years when i smoked,i was only 135 pounds, and no matter what i did,i could not put on even a pound.About a year before i switched to vaping,i finally got up to 150,but now in the past few years i have slowly creeped up very close to that 200 mark,i think i'm at 198 now.I wanted to put on some weight for a long time, but now i just wish it would spread out some instead of only going to my stomach haha. The main problem with this is,i am a guy with long hair and i keep it in a pony tail,my stomach sticks out pretty good,so from a bit of a distance,i kinda look like a pregnant woman with a beard haha.

That's my problem though,if i vape something sweet, then i get the urge to eat something sweet haha.
I eat pretty lite at work during lunch, but then when i get home,i'm hungry,so i developed a frozen burrito habit, which i'm pretty sure has contributed probably 40 pounds of my weight gain.I really should stop though, because i get a few comments a week from coworkers about my "beer belly",but since i don't drink,i have to correct them and tell them it's my burrito belly haha.
:) are there any salads in your life ? :) I had to totally change my eating habits and it's salads, raw veggies and fresh fruit mostly now. Meat too as I am not vegetarian. I monitor my carbs too so goodies are pretty much not on my list except for a tiny piece once in awhile, so vape is my desert indulgence :) Thank goodness for bakery vapes LOL!

I did the same 2 yrs ago, measured everything. I pretty much know serving size and how much of each food allowed each day so I am not quite as strict but I watch everyday. Lost 45 lbs

Carbs are my downfall. Gimme all the bread and pasta. Rigatoni, spaghetti, linguini, fettuccine, even those silly little elbows. I will eat them all. Marinara, Alfredo, butter and garlic. Mmm. Great, now I'm hungry. Lol

Oh yeah,i love me a nice big salad drowned in Italian dressing haha.Actually, vaping the sweet stuff is most of my sweets intake.I eat the occasional cookie or candy bar here and there, but i'm not real big on sweet stuff, except doughnuts,i love glazed and custard filled doughnuts,i could eat those by the dozen if given the chance, but that chance never comes because my wife will only buy them 1 or 2 at a time haha.

If I feel any hint of my ability to make coils start slipping my current plan is to work on each atomizer I own and put a coil in them and store them before I lose the ability completely. That should get me quite a bit further down the road by just dry burning and rewicking the coils I've pre-installed. Last ditch, I've got a bunch of cartomizers stored up. That's the best I could figure out for advancing age. Now, should I become senile and can't even remember how to fill an atomizer anymore, well......I got nothing for that.o_O

I've got multiple plans if I can't build my own coils anymore ;)

For my Reo grand I've got both carto's and 510 atty's stashed if I can't rebuild my RM2. I've got a bunch of coils stashed for my Protank 2 tanks. Those coils can be bought cheap, so I'm considering that my "old age can't build coils anymore tank" since I have a lot of coils. :) My Subtank mini and Nebox's take the same coils and/or RBA so I've stashed coils but hopefully I'll be using the RBA for a long time before I switch over to using the factory coils.

I'm not worried about refilling my tanks ;) She doesn't know it yet, but Sara Love's gonna come visit me once a week and fill my tanks for me when I can't do it anymore for myself. :D :lol::lol:
