They do, it tastes like cardboard. :( I've tried them all. I've even mixed the healthier versions with white pasta. Yuck. They can pry the white pasta from my cold dead hands.

I have never eaten cardboard and dare to do so making me wonder how you know what they taste like?:D

I gained around 12 lbs in 6 months since I went 0 nicotine last winter. Was at my ideal weight last fall and the only explanation is the nicotine since no change at all in my life incl bloodwork for the past year. I am now back to nicotine since one month and that is why I stock up in the last minute. Was at the scale the other night and looks like 5 lbs was shed,
It is known that nicotine do stimulate the metabolism as well is a hunger depressant etc.

There is definately something to it. My weight has been yoyoing since I quit smoking. I usually lose weight in the summer, this year I put on 20 lbs.

Just skimmed hard. I've been writing another letter.

Dad received my 2 RX200. He opened on and was filling a shopping cart pretty quick before he's even received the batteries to test them.

RX200s, Griffin 25 rta with top airflow, Coil master 521 tab, cool master v3, some wire tweezers and cotton.

He'll be ready to build here soon. My Vapor Store had good prices on Griffin 25 and RX200s.

I thought I was done but I have 5 orders still out - 2 from the US and 3 from China. All of them have "shipped", now it is a race to see when they actually show up.

I've debated the "coiling thing" with myself and came to the conclusion that many of my builds last months (and then may only need to be rewicked) and if and when I can't redo them I'll have to resort to the pile of starter gear I have which use factory coils.

As long as a direct supply chain to China for the atomizer heads remains clear I'll go that route or whatever black market emerges. All bets are off if the older starter gear gets more or less expensive as time goes on.
Its not that hard to build.

I can wrap s coil install it wick it and prime iy in 6-7 minutes. With only two fingers that works on my left hand Ir takes hslf of that time to trap the leads.

not sure if low cal enough but way healthier, higher protein, lower carb, etc than wheat based pasta:

Black Bean Pasta | Mung Bean Pasta | Explore Asian

It is the only kind of pasta I eat anymore.

low carb, high fat (protein/fiber), ftw

wheat and sugar are the devil
Interesting, never tried those. I do like spaghetti squash too. With hubby half Italian, I do make pasta every week, but I have monitor my serving size. I can have more meat sauce than pasta. I follow the diabetic diet plan although I am not diabetic, it is same plan as the Richard Simmons Deal a Meal from many years ago. Easy to follow and very balanced.

    Oh boy oh boy.....

I did check many sites incl ebay, amazon and so on and this one sure beats them all......

    THANK YOU very much!

Will be busy ordering first thing in am.

You're welcome! By the way, is there a particular reason why you want to Cobalt Blue bottles versus the Amber ones (which are even less $)? From everything I've read & heard...both colors do a great job at blocking UV rays, which is why a colored bottle is used. It just costs alittle more to make the Cobalt color, so they're priced higher. It's not because they're better than the Amber color. Could buy a few spare bottles with the money saved by buying Amber instead of Cobalt.

I take not smoking very seriously. I don't take vaping seriously at all. It is almost more trouble than it is worth. The alternative is die in the poor house from a smoking disease. So vaping it is.
Flakes are you serious? Vaping more trouble than it's worth???? Ok.....I think you need a time out!!!

My One Stop order came in yesterday. Lotta Latte is the bomb. I made an 8 ml test batch yesterday afternoon and have just about vaped my way through it. Really tasty and I see a lot of potential mixing with it I want to try. Peppermint is one for sure. I also got bread pudding, butterscotch pudding, french toast, baked cinnamon roll and banana bread. I think some of these might have potential to blend with the Latte also. I also got the wine saver spray(argon) in yesterday and plan on opening up the nic I've got stored and adding a spritz or two to the bottles and sealing them back up.

My new Dragons from ProVape should arrive today along with a few bottles of Nicoticket juice I ordered. I decided to place a last few orders of juices I have known and loved before the states start interfering.

P.S. The Dragon rookery is down to 7 if anyone is sitting on the fence about getting one. :D

I get where he's coming from and I agree to an extent.

There are many of us who don't view vaping as a hobby. Vaping is a healthier alternative to smoking. The only reason I'm not using a system that's not open end right now is the difficulty of getting one mailed here and the price for refills. You can bet the ranch that as soon as I'm moved and settled back in the US later this month, I'll be looking seriously at something that's easier to use and less hassle.
