Technically if they purchase factory coils in packages of 5 from China (as many of them do) and take them apart to sell as singles (as many do) that also would make them a manufacturer. As long as whatever finished product they purchase (from US or Imported) they turn around and sell "exactly" as they bought it they don't have to file as a manufacturer.

When you get your DIY "stuff", if you have questions, need recommendations, etc....there are many to help you here on the ECF. The DIY E-Liquid forum has a bunch of info in the stickies (discussions at the top of page 1), and many members regularly visit that forum to help each other with individual DIY questions, too. You're hopefully going to love DIY! I know I sure do, and I wish I hadn't waited a couple years to start it myself.

What do I think so far? Wowzer I'm in over my head! New skill to learn, I want to at least be able to continue vaping. I've found a few good sites that are educational. It will be awhile before I do any blending, but I'll be ready. Thank you for asking.
No worries.It is actually a lot easier than it sounds,once you get started you will have good juice going in no time.The easiest way to start out is to find a few recipes that sound good,and get the flavors needed for those recipes,then before you know it,you will end up with so much juice you won't know what to do with it all haha.
Thanks b.m. for the pep talk! I found a recipe forum with a stellar calculator, looking for clones for my faves. I have a huge stash of juice, but use just 3 as adv, picky picky me.

(1) You could drive it down here and leave it, since I live on 10 acres. Plenty of room for it here! But, it would be much much closer to put it on b.m.'s property...since he's in Ohio and so is BA!
(2) Buy it as part of a Co-op deal with ECF members, then you and about 9 friends could bottle it up for us and send it on! Shouldn't take you too long to do that...10 people with 45,000 lbs of it = only 4,500 lbs per person = just 450 1-gallon jugs for each person to bottle. Piece of cake I'd think!
That works out to only ~ $3.85/10lb. jug of it! I'll take 4 of them...delivered to me in FL of course.

The question is, if I put a few of those 55 gallon drums of nic from Heartland behind the tanker truck, do you think I'll have a hard time proving to the FDA inspector it really IS just for personal use? I mean, I do vape a fair amount, and as I expect to live at least another 350 to 400 years, it turns to to be sorta reasonable it's all for personal consumption, right?

I am a MTL vaper and I looked at the siren but think i will pass. Not a fan of Genesis attys

I don't know if it's a real Genny. The deck is in the middle of the tank, and there is juice above the chamber too. I still don't get how that column of liquid doesn't push down and flood the chamber, but I guess that's what the wick is for. Still, it is a unique design.

If the FDA destroys vaping in America, the livestock farmers in colder climates will be the master vape juice bootleggers as big farms go thru mucho VG in the winter.
