Another one here who loves and still uses XP: Home edition on the desktop PC, and XP Professional on 2 Dell Inspiron Mini laptops. Have Windows 10 on another 1 and don't like it at all.
I always liked XP,but when i bought a new laptop,it came with Windows 10 already installed. At first,i didn't like it at all,and still not crazy about it,it's too much like a phone with all those stupid app buttons, but i have gotten used to it now,so i tolerate it haha.

Here's how I justify that.

I made a spreadsheet checklist of everything I feel I NEED and I'm focusing on finishing that first.

After that's done, any purchases I make are considered things I WANT . That way, I can say that I am done stocking up, and be telling the truth, and still buy shiny new things.

Keep telling yourself that, let me know how its working out for you in 6 months (27 mods, 42 toppers and 8 liters of nic later) ;-)

I hope your kayfun clones are WAAAAAY better than my authentic Kayfun Mini V3. I HATED THAT ATTY.

Just curious, why? It's a very nice MTL flavor-atty. If you love Kayfun lite+, what's not to like about the mini v3?

... then have three mods wrapped in rubber and stored in a metal ammo can in case of EMP.

Good thinking!

Has anyone had a issue with pico. I tried pluging it up just to test. An my cord an eleaf charger got warm to hot. Tried with a cell phone box same thing. Gonna try with the other pico cord next.
I never charge batteries in my mod. I use a deducated charger for charging.sometines things happens to batteries during charging. Better to ruin a $12 charger than my mod.

Another XP user here. I have a program for my home based business that won't work on anything past Windows 7. I am sticking with XP as long as I can.
I used XP until my eyesight git so bad i couldn't use a computer any more.

Now my computer is an Android phone or an iPhone.

My Kayfun Mini V3 had an extremely weak O ring on the drip tip and it lost vacuum and would dump a Tank of Juice out the airflow holes all over my mod and hand. That was a $108 authentic.

Tge ammo can is Steel. The rubber wrapped around tge mods acts as an insulator to keep tge mods fron being fried.

Most people just ridicule me when i say u have mods protected from EMP.

I have been using my new Smoant Battlestar all day and I gotta say that I really like it. Almost looks like a mini RX200. Well made and looks/feels great.

For $40, you can't go wrong with this. I haven't tried TC yet, but so far I am very impressed. The copper "colour" looks amazing IMO. Just a great inexpensive 200w dual batter mod.

Definately worth a look IMO.

Ok, I really, REALLY want to be done now! Picked up one more Pico and have a tank coming as well. I can't think of anything else I need. I wouldn't have picked up another Pico if I didn't recently discover TC with SS and really enjoy it. The only thing I'll continue to buy as long as I can is juice and coils for my Nautilus mini. I have enough for myself, and family and friends should the need arise.

I'm a man, and I can change, if I have to, I guess.

When the Dooming first came out, I was already basically stocked up. Lots of holes to fill in, but mostly there already.

But, buying only orings, screws, wire, spare coils, cartos, and spares of RBAs that I already have gets boring. I just have to throw in something more fun every once in a while!

Only 27? About 15 of my mods are just the old-style non-VV momentary switch mods (RoughStack, Screwdriver, Bolt, AA battery box, etc.). After all, I've been collecting for 6 years now.

Since the majority of my collection is non-VV/VW (mechs and momentary-switch mods), I don't feel too guilty buying a VV/VW mod now and then. I don't need them. But, it adds color and fun to the stocking up.

Since it's too much trouble to remember which mods are safe to charge through USB and which aren't, I just charge all of them in a separate charger. Better safe than sorry.

XP was my favorite too. But, when you buy a new computer, you're stuck with the OS that comes with it. So, with my Win10 computer, I just wiped it out and installed Linux instead. Much better!

I don't understand. Isn't the cellphone harder to see than a computer screen?

I don't blame you. When you only have 2 backups, you'ld better really, really protect them.

That's the thing though. There are still 15 mods and 21 tanks on my checklist that still need purchased, lol.

With a Cell phone there is no keyboard to hunch over to get close enough to see the screen. Ocassionally things are too small and I can zoom in a bit to catch the word i missed.

It works FANTASTIC for me. The only problem is tge tiny touch keyboard (reason you see so many typos )

I don't only have two backup mods.

I have a total of 8 mods.

2 are in rotation. Mini Volt and Pico

3 are in a drawer, eVic VTC Mini, Cloupor Mini plus, and Sigelei 75.

3 are in the ammo can. Pico, eVic VTC Mini, and my Provari Mini

Dancing i have very bad nearsightedness 20/800 last time i had my eyes checked.

Up close i have the eyes of an eagle. I can actually Read 4 point font but get a keyboard between me and the screen it gets blury. Thats why i use wireless devices.
