then i would say the ban on online sales does not apply to ecigs. No telling what new law they will enact in the future though, or whether they will amend the current ban to include ecigs. They would have to do that proactively though and vote on it in the legislature imo.
Just curious, speaking of the Kick. Anyone used the Force Kick? Housed in a cap with a 510 threading so the 18650 can fit without a problem. I see MadVapes has them too...

There is a license required in Ohio for other tobacco products to be taxed. So if ecigs are viewed as other tobacco that may apply for taxing. If I were a vape shop I would be looking at what licenses are actually needed and what taxes need collected. This whole FDA thing is causing a big proplem in state tobacco laws too, the whole thing stinks.

Ok Ohio calls a cigarette a product that contains nicotine and is burned or heated, so wording is already there

you and me both! I seriously hope someone steps up there and nails them to the wall and exposes the true corruption in government there.
They rely on the compliant vape hating media to bury the story. If that fails, the media has cast the vape industry as a plague on the public's children. So the public should look the other way as that pestilence on their children is wiped off the face of the earth.
The Indiana AG is part of the ole boy network that engineered the whole thing. That leaves the US Justice Dept, which has turned a very blind eye toward the FDA doing exactly the same thing with deeming.
If the story of blatant corruption doesn't make the front page of the popular Indiana print news or local TV, or the national popular media like CNN then it simply never happened. That's the plan anyway.
Maybe this will get some of those politicians in a scrutinizing frame of mind re: vaping regulations in general.
The Indiana laws are by far the worst we have seen so far, unbelievably so, the more States get away with doing this the more States will follow suit. I don't understand how some can think their State might not be next.

Scum-guzzling gutter slugs. The "governor" has his nose so far up the tukuses of those who fund his moronic ideals. I am voting for John Gregg this fall..... if you're rich and extremely right-winged, you're golden. Sad thing is, I would guess 80% of the population doesn't fall into that category.
I'll be interested to see what will happen in my state, NY. There was already an attempt to tax e-cigs a few years ago, and it ended up in the State appellate court with a ruling that e-cigs were NOT a tobacco product. Given that ruling, regardless of the deeming regulations, other than requiring Federal statue to be met by age restrictions, labeling ,and whatnot, I imagine it would take some legal effort for the state to attempt and have that finding altered. Hopefully, tying them up for a while before they can swoop in and grab every penny off the counter they can.
