In case any of you have not heard...Nicopure recently filed for a summary judgement. You can read all of it here:
    https://www.nicopure.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/20-1-004.pdf
Very well written and worth a read. If anyone is hesitating on stocking up (not likely on this thread), this might give you the incentive to go ahead. This is an excerpt from the petition for summary judgement:

The Deeming Rule estimates that a single
PMTA will, on average, take 1,500
hours to prepare, and cost $131,643 for e-
liquid products and over $465,000 for va-
porizer products. 81 Fed. Reg. at 29,078. (
    See also
    AR023,998–4,003.) Nicopure,
with over 2,400 products, would have to
invest 3.6 million hours (equal to 150,000
days or 411 years) to prepare PMTAs
for all of its existing products. (
    See
    Stamler
    Decl. ¶¶ 13, 27.)
    15
Even if Nicopure eliminated 80% of its products in response to
the Deeming Rule, submitting PMTAs for
the remaining 20% would take approxi-
mately 720,000 hours (equal to 30,000 da
ys or 82.2 years) to complete. (
    Id.
    ¶ 27.) A
dedicated team of 10 employees would take
nearly a decade to complete that task if
all 10 team members worked 24 hours a day,
    7 days a week, 365 days a year—yet
FDA has allotted only 2 years for comp
    liance. 81 Fed. Reg. at 29,011. (
    See also
    AR149,701–2.)

Thank you. Sounds like a good plan to me.
It was hard but I just couldn't resist any longer. I really like these Kbox minis that come in the kit and the price was right for the complete kit. Guess I really should try out the tanks that come with them. Folks do seem to like them so they must be good. I am pretty sure it is the STM folks are stocking up on. Once these 2 get here I will have 4 of 'em. :D

I also really like the Kbox mini's and have several :) I'd consider more in the coming two years if they were at a really great price but since I don't need more we'll see what happens down the road. Also have several STM's. They work and do the job, just not at the top of my favorites list so I've only ever used one of them and the others are part of my stash should I need them in the future. Grandson likes the Subox Plus so I consider the STM's part of his stash too ;)

For those wondering about rebuilding on the Nano, as I understand it, the Mini comes with rba head and the Nano does not. I should go look at mine but too lazy atm, lol

Here is good info on differences between the mini and the nano. (I have both and prefer the mini)

Kangertech Subox Mini vs Nano kits. Why no RBA with the Nano?

Vape happy still has nanos for 9.99 may need to try these. Also they have Kayfun v4 tobeco clones for 9.99, they seem to be descent clones, I ordererd some a couple months back from Vapor Bank for 5.99 I think and they were really nice for the money.
    Sad::cry:

Proud of you for waiting until this morning, that shows you still have some restraint.

Minimal constaint, but constraint nonetheless...

I am so glad sometimes that I am such a big procrastinator. Seeing the words Sold Out occurs more common than not.

Missed the Pico's, but I did pick up another 2.5 Provari --- can't procastinate all the time - it is bad for my blood pressure...

Yeah I gave mine to gal named Nicole Stasharino, she lives somewhere in another country, on a remote island I think she said :)
I already vaped all of mine by 8/7/2016. so I would not be a 'seller' nor a chemical polluter by pouring out/dumping.

done, that was fun... won't be fun paying for it all but it will be fun receiving, unboxing and playing with it all.

Oops, one tab still open to order but that's just TFA flavorings so it can wait. Looks like I have 13 receipts in my inbox the mailmen have to deliver.

Does anyone think there will be more specials on Vari 2.5 edition? Or have they stopped making them? I am especially looking for pink/wh or black/wh fade.

I understand the remaining ProVape stock the fade 2.5's was depleted several months ago with the big inventory clearance sale....and there weren't many left then. I've seen that some have picked up some older finishes from vendor blow out sales, but classies or places like ebay might be easier to stalk and more successful.

There are less than 100 total of the 4 colored mini's showing as in stock, but plenty more of the satins and black.

Thanks, that is what I figured. Not going to ebay cause I just want to use my reward points. Didn't want another satin, black or chrome but if that is all that will remain, I might have to go for it. I really want the Tiffany blue but even blemished, don't want to pay that much for the P3. I paid full price for one when they first came out and other than the extensions and the boost, I don't see any difference. I hate the new top cap since it unscrews every time and I have to fiddle with it.
