It really seems like things coming from China are sitting in customs way longer than usual over the past several months. I placed 2 separate orders from GB, both were small $30 orders. My vape gear related order was held up in Chicago for 3 full weeks and I had to sign for it, which I have never had to do before. My second non-vape related order sat in customs just shy of 2 weeks and I did not have to sign for it. I am not sure what the heck is going on but I do not think it is vape gear related, I wonder if it is how it is being shipped by the sender. The vape gear was sent by NL post the other was not.
I have used the SLL Security Test to check the places I order from. The biggest disappointment was that Sweet-Vapes got an "F"!!! I've order from there multiple times and hubby has ordered gifts from there for me twice.Anyone looking at those Kamry mechs on the website rosesense found them on...may want to check the security of the website before Checking out!

Hubby has had his CC compromised. I don't remember the span of time between his order and the compromise though.

Well, things are ramping up in the south China sea between US relations and China, to the point where China is now telling it's citizens at least, to prepare for war. Now,how much of this is saber rattling and how much is deadly serious I don't know, but China is not bowing to decisions by the international court, and it might be having an effect on Chinese imports. Perhaps U.S. is inspecting packages coming from China more than usual, who knows?

No war, they own us and we're totally dependent on their manufacturing base for everything from Christmas trinkets to military parts. We don't really have a manufacturing base. A direct War would destroy both our economies.

Who knows how it's going to turn out but push-back should happen. China's actions are military in nature and they are meant to place them in a position of using strike fighters and long range bombers to attack every ally the US has in Pacific/Asia (Australia, Guam US Military base, Japan, S. Korea, Philippines) and many others.
I forget how many trillion flow through that area per year in goods/oil. I think it was more than $5 Trillion US. China has bitten off more than it can chew. The ruling was 100% against them.
I've been following this for more than a year in my Twitter list "Strategic Policy." I don't feel sorry for them if it does not go their way. I do not buy vaping goods, or anything for that matter, to be taken over by the Chinese.

@rosesense - I'd emailed them last night at 7PM to tell them I had items in my Cart that I would like to buy, but that I wouldn't check out on an insecure site (and I detailed how I knew it wasn't secure).

my July20 Ft order arrived Aug 1,, my July30 order is already sitting in Chicago and cleared ISC. I figure I get it Monday ,,, today lost to processing,, then another day or so to drive it to Houston,, then another day to move it to my post office.
