I haven't read it yet... but judging from the excerpts you guys have posted I feel pretty damn good about the court cases. The less sense they make and the more arrogant they are about it the more likely they are to get tossed out of court again.

Anyone else feeling pretty good about the court cases?

This part really caught my attention.

"The e-cigarette market has ballooned in tandem, with domestic sales reaching an estimated $3.5 billion in 2015. AR 23,950. Roughly two-thirds of this market is in cig-alikes, which are primarily distributed by the “big three” tobacco companies and largely sold alongside conventional cigarettes in supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, and “big box” retailers, as well as online."

So two thirds of the market belongs to cigalikes from the "big three" tobacco companies, yet those are the very products that will be left in the marketplace thanks to Deeming in its current form. Truly "Alice in Wonderland" regulations.

ROFL ... All of my vape stuff is old. Even the Provaris & mechanicals I just bought are old, the cartos I just bought are old! I stocked up in 2011 when the end of vaping was looming over our heads. All I've done sense is just add more of the same stuff to the pile. AND, trust me on this, I enjoy my vape just as much as the next guy ... just haven't been chasing the latest & greatest for the last six years. (and can pretty much vape for free for the rest of my life)

Same here - As I stocked up over the years I made sure that almost everything was interchangeable and rebuildable. Comes in handy down the line if I have to cannibalize anything. And Yep I am a tootle puffer and while I do not like that term - it is what it is... But my stock will last longer that way and I am still staying off of the smokes, which is my ultimate goal.

During this latest great stock up I had very little to purchase - fill in the gaps and reinforce my stock so to speak... Shoot I am just now getting to the last few 120ml bottles of nic I bought in 2012.

In the future I will need batts - maybe once every 5 years, flavoring, and wick/wire. That's about it - almost negligible... :)

And unlike TJ - I do not have a 50 yr supply... :):D:w00t:

    Somewhere out there
Sometimes when i read stuff like this, I think back to people who quit smoking with vaping........and had about that, in 2009, 2010, 2011......or less than that, at their disposal.

    Hail to the early adopters..........REALLY.

Not suggesting that going back in time is something i'm in favor of. Just saying that I've been around the earth for a while now, and I've noticed people, when they set their minds to accomplishing something, succeed despite all circumstances.

i really DO want to give kudos to the early adopters.......
Yes in 2009 very few flavors, I only remember tobacco and menthol choices, I remember when everyone loved RY4 as it was a sweeter tobacco mix, so are we going Back to the Future???

I think my sig will need to be something like:

    You can't regulate stupidity
or... I deem the FDA=False Dumb & Asinine

I prefer the Fraud & Death Administration myself.

Of course my very favorite combination of words to use for F.D.A. would never make it past the censors.

Ha! I've got 3.5 years into vaping, and ever since the day I found it I've never left RY4. It's my only flavor for over a year now.

Well...add me to the long list of people whose CC have been hacked just recently! Got an early call from my bank with the info. A charge of $1,165.99 had been attempted at Best Buy online at 5:03AM this morning. CC declined it, and contacted me within 3 hours of the attempt.

I haven't bought anything online for myself related to vaping since Aug. 3rd, but I did just use a credit I had at a popular vaping website yesterday afternoon. Bought a couple cheap starter kits and some coils for a friend just beginning vaping, and the total was a whole $5.18 more than I had as a credit. Their website kept popping up an error message, and wouldn't show the CC blanks for me to enter my info. I chatted with them about the problem, so they called me, and I gave the CC info. by phone. I'd dealt with them 1 other time and had no CC problem afterwards, so figured they were OK. Now...I'm doubting it!

Getting new CC tomorrow sometime, since they're overnighting it to me. But it sure is frustrating, not knowing exactly where/with whom the fraud attempt originated.

    That was my first thought.
