I think I'm finally getting the jist of it. Joe or Jane see that a big wonderful system built by people just like them called the All Knowing, All Mighty, State and Federal Govt. Joe and Jane want to "serve the people." We elect Joe or Jane, and unbeknownst to us, they think they know what is "good for us" and they shall Lord over the all the people as if we are chattel or serfs. Joe and Jane serve 20 years in Congress or 8 years in the White House and retire with connections that will make them and their offspring 200 million or more while we continue to eat oatmeal. You've been served.
Tommy, I think this has been the case all along. We just weren't as actively aware until vaping was impacted. I don't think it is going away. The cat already got out of the bag. While it is sad to think of stifled creativity, some of us were here early on when there wasn't a lot available and we survived. We are strong and we will all fight together to keep vaping alive. Rah Rah Rah

Oh I didn't think of blueberry, let us know what that is like. I like the crisp part of cranberry you really don't taste the cranberry much just a crisp part of the mix

No idea. That's the big negative. But it is a great price if it actually works and isn't a pretty paperweight. Even then, nice looking paperweight for the price too.

I disagree with Tommy and think this is a big YES. The FDA submitted a response of junk science, and arrogantly stated to the judge that she needn't bother herself with evidence. That's how this case started, imo it's off to a fantastic start. They've basically said "ehhh we got nothing, maybe this will work?" Let alone they trampled on the 1st amendment with the language in the deeming regulations in the first place and if there's one thing that doesn't slip through a court easily it's infringement of the constitution.
Time will tell, but for now I still have one small dash of hope for the one of the government branches.

These stupid regulations have helped me somewhat.
I've learnt to use mechs safely and I've found the perfect vape. I got loads of gear as well.
If these proposals weren't put forward I would have still been ticking along with my ego for years and years spending a lot on crap juice.
In the perfect world; proposals would have been made, i would have rushed to learn loads and then proposals would have been squashed.
And talking of box mods. Each to their own but I like them less and less every day.
