These stupid regulations have helped me somewhat.
I've learnt to use mechs safely and I've found the perfect vape. I got loads of gear as well.

If these proposals weren't put forward I would have still been ticking along with my ego for years and years spending a lot on crap juice.

In the perfect world; proposals would have been made, i would have rushed to learn loads and then proposals would have been squashed.

And talking of box mods. Each to their own but I like them less and less every day.
Tootle puffing on a tubular mech forever
Give it time, Zut. They grow on you, took me over 5 years to like box mods.

I disagree with Tommy and think this is a big YES. The FDA submitted a response of junk science, and arrogantly stated to the judge that she needn't bother herself with evidence. That's how this case started, imo it's off to a fantastic start. They've basically said "ehhh we got nothing, maybe this will work?" Let alone they trampled on the 1st amendment with the language in the deeming regulations in the first place and if there's one thing that doesn't slip through a court easily it's infringement of the constitution.

Time will tell, but for now I still have one small dash of hope for the one of the government branches.

Part of the reason for essentially throwing everything at the wall and seeing what sticks is to establish there might be enough factors in contention to prevent the judge from taking any steps like a temporary injunction, let alone a summary judgement, until evidence is actually presented.

The only box I actually want is the Reo. I have lots of them and will probably get a few more cos they're everywhere and dead cheap. Imo, kinda ugly. Been using basic boxes for over a year because I was scared of mechs. Sig 30,50,75,150,150 tc. Istick 20,30,60,100. I like some of the special looking unregulated box mods, but there is no need for a big ol box when I'm using a single 18650.
But I'm glad I have them in case I change my mind. Again.

Yeah gotta get some money together then il email the guy from Reo and see how much to send it all the way here.
    I've never squonker before.
How big is the bottle though?
If it's only 15, don't know if it will last on a heavy day
I'd have to go look, it's not 15 though. I want to say 8 maybe.
...so get two, you'll most likely end up with two anyway. I did. :D
    I hadn't squonked before either, now it's about 90% all I do. :)

    Standard Grand bottle is 8ml's.

    8!!! Oh my good lord.
That's cool with my mtl tanks. Just
But pumping new life into dripping! 8!

Edit; kinda. Dripping in reverse, you know what I mean

People said 'are you tired of carrying spare juice and batts, get a reo'. How will that change things. Dripping 8 on a single 18650? Neither will last long.

Yes the regulations got many of us off our duffs and learn new things, so that part is a good thing :) I have stuff I never dreamed I would buy!

@Vandal - OK, here's what I found on the 510 and/or eGo atomizers I'd seen recently for $1.50 or less:

EM 510 Atomizer - Matte Finish (2.2 ohm)

EM 510 Atomizer - Matte Finish (2.2 ohm)
    Brand: Unicig/Eastmall
    $1.50 each
Colors Left: Matte & Glossy Pink, Matte & Glossy Purple, or Matte White

They also have them in LR (1.6ohm) for $1.00 each
They've got Boge cartos in 5pack boxes, carto tanks, 808D clearos, lots of RDAs, etc. in their Clearance pages, too. EVCigarettes is located in FL by the way.

    **********************************
    JoyeTech eGo 2.0 & 1.5oHms MEGA Cone-Shaped Atomizer - The Vapor Room

    JoyeTech eGo 2.0 & 1.5oHms MEGA Cone-Shaped Atomizer
    Sale Price: $.50 each
Colors: 8 different ones still available for the 2.0 ohm

These can be used for dripping, using a MEGA drip tip (which they have for $.10 each), or with one of the Mega Cone Shaped Cartridges. I bought a bunch of these about 2 months ago, and love them!
They also have a bunch of other "old school" stuff on Clearance, like the slim JoyeTech 510 batteries for $2.50, SmokTech 510 DC cartos for $.75, etc.
    **********************************
I think there were a couple more places I'd found them on clearance or sale, but I can't find them right now. Sorry!

Just to make sure I understand what you're saying. You believe that the FDA threw so much at the wall because there was a possibility the court would would make those rulings against them, for not having enough of a case in the first place?

Yeah, some of that is good. For some people it is just a safe alternative. For us kinda guys, I don't think so.

To even be on a forum about it.
    To diy juice
The planning and organisation people put into it. Building desks and labelling dedicated spaces.
Some Buying years worth of wire and cotton
    Rewrapping and labelling batteries
Understanding ohms law and cdr and wire guage and the difference that a wires diameter will make to resistance.
Some of us, me inc. spending big money on metal tubes.
Worrying about the legislation behind it all.

This is far beyond a safer alternative for me. I really enjoy it though. Too much. The time and effort I put into this is insane compared to when I popped to the shop and bought 20 benson.
I never gave it more thought than that. o_O

My organization is pretty simple, although the list is long :D Its easy for me to find something when I want it.

I keep a med size plastic box in the kitchen with the things I sometimes currently use: my plastic bag with all my coil rebuilding stuff, a small divider box with some drip tips and any other small things I might want to use, RBA and/or tank I may not be using at the moment but might want to use (I usually use one for a few weeks and then switch to a different for a few weeks), extra mod I might not be using at the moment but could want at any time. About every 6 months I clean it out and adjust. My rule is: if it doesn't fit in that box OR isn't one of the 3 mods and tanks/RDA's on the shelf it doesn't need to be in the kitchen.

I keep the juices I'm using in a tray box (limited to no more then 12 bottles at a time), 3 mods and a tank and RBA along with my charger on the kitchen counter. All things I use very often.

My flavorings, other juice bottles beyond those in the kitchen, along with larger bottles of my favorite juices (I mix my 3 favorite juices in batches of 200mls and then refill my 30 mls as needed) are all kept in the basement where its cool and dark. My flavorings are divided in different boxes by: fruits/tobacco and drinks/bakery and misc./flavors for 5 most often made juices and currently using nic bottle/and an overflow box for flavorings I have multiples of same flavoring. Tried the alphabetical thing once. That was a disaster:lol:

Upstairs is where I keep my stash :D Some in my bedroom under the bed and the rest in the spare bedroom closet. I have separate clear plastic shoe boxes for: Subox tank stuff, PT2 stuff, cartos, coil building supplies, Aromamizer stuff, Melo III stuff, 808 Vgos and cartos, Vivi nova's, DIY supplies, extra batteries-battery wraps-extra chargers, extra bottles, broken-used-odd but maybe needed some day box. Larger plastic box for 510 attys-misc rda's bought in co-ops yrs ago-stash RDA's-divider box with more drip tips and other small stuff. Another large plastic box with stashed mods/tanks. And finally a box with all my previously used MODs that I'm not currently using.

I'm sure I've forgotten something, but that gives you guys an idea of how I've organized my stuff. :)

I'm kind of organized. I can find most things, but not all. For example, there's a 120 ml bottle of Tiramisu flavoring missing right now. And, my 801 to 510 adapter was missing for the longest time.

What makes organization so difficult is the fact that I have such a variety of stuff.

Mods are simple. There's Regulated, Mech, and Unregulated. With special places for my Vari's, REO's, and Billet Box.

DIY isn't really too much trouble. A plastic jar for each category of flavoring except for the 120 ml bottles that won't fit. Bulk components put up in the bathroom cabinet (PG, VG, nic, and current bottle of Tiramisu flavoring). Extra nic in the freezer.

The only reason I would like to have my flavorings arranged where I can see each individual flavoring lined up is that it would be nice to be able to look at them the same way you stand and look in the fridge. Totally not necessary, but pleasurable.

Toppers have a lot more categories. Carto-tanks, spare cartos, old-fashioned atties (510, 901, 306), a few kinds of clearos with lots of spare coils, and RBAs. The RBAs are divided into categories too. Bottom-feed are kept with REOs. A pink tool box for KFs and parts. Then separate little containers for 'fluff' rba's, ceramic cup rba's, rda's, and for all non-KF rta's.

And, the list goes on: chargers, spare chargers, batteries, drip tips, adapters, etc.

Oh, I forgot about building supplies. There's that too.

    It's a LOT of stuff.

I do keep a list of my flavorings so I don't have to actually go through each category to try to find something. I have had lists of all mods and all rba's. But, I tend not to keep them up. I just forget all about them.

I have separated nothing for packing away. Not yet anyway. I share an apartment with my daughter and 3 grandsons. So, everthing is in my bedroom except for those few DIY things up in a high cabinet in the bathroom. The kitchen is out of the question in this house.

It's exhausting just to think about!

Time to replace your dresser with one of these.

Most of my stocking up occurred last fall and early this year. As I was trying to organize a bit and take inventory, I went back to check one order to see what I paid for some attys and saw that I had bought three pyrex RSST. I'm pretty sure they came in but somehow, in the bunch of incoming orders, they got tucked away somewhere. Time to start digging!
