Somewhere out there
I'm kind of organized. I can find most things, but not all. For example, there's a 120 ml bottle of Tiramisu flavoring missing right now. And, my 801 to 510 adapter was missing for the longest time.

What makes organization so difficult is the fact that I have such a variety of stuff.

Mods are simple. There's Regulated, Mech, and Unregulated. With special places for my Vari's, REO's, and Billet Box.

DIY isn't really too much trouble. A plastic jar for each category of flavoring except for the 120 ml bottles that won't fit. Bulk components put up in the bathroom cabinet (PG, VG, nic, and current bottle of Tiramisu flavoring). Extra nic in the freezer.

The only reason I would like to have my flavorings arranged where I can see each individual flavoring lined up is that it would be nice to be able to look at them the same way you stand and look in the fridge. Totally not necessary, but pleasurable.

Toppers have a lot more categories. Carto-tanks, spare cartos, old-fashioned atties (510, 901, 306), a few kinds of clearos with lots of spare coils, and RBAs. The RBAs are divided into categories too. Bottom-feed are kept with REOs. A pink tool box for KFs and parts. Then separate little containers for 'fluff' rba's, ceramic cup rba's, rda's, and for all non-KF rta's.

And, the list goes on: chargers, spare chargers, batteries, drip tips, adapters, etc.

Oh, I forgot about building supplies. There's that too.

It's a LOT of stuff.

I do keep a list of my flavorings so I don't have to actually go through each category to try to find something. I have had lists of all mods and all rba's. But, I tend not to keep them up. I just forget all about them.

I have separated nothing for packing away. Not yet anyway. I share an apartment with my daughter and 3 grandsons. So, everthing is in my bedroom except for those few DIY things up in a high cabinet in the bathroom. The kitchen is out of the question in this house.

It's exhausting just to think about!
It is exhausting, I work at it a bit at a time, I still have more to do, but right now I need to make more juice! LOL :)

 See. This is crazy. And when you smoked?
Into the shop on the corner of everywhere I was and buy 20 cigs and a lighter. Or, rolling tobacco, papers, filters and a light.

Man, how times have changed.

About piles of vaping stuff people see -

A couple friends saw the large stack of Priority Mail boxes, plain ones, and filled bubble envelopes by my computer desk. Paraphrasing here, as closely as I can remember our conversation:
They asked, "What's all of that?"
I told them it was vaping supplies.
Next question - "I thought you quit selling on eBay years ago, didn't you?"
Told them they were right, I had, that stuff isn't for sale...it's mine!
Next question - "Geez...why do you have so much of it?" I explained about the FDA garbage going on.
Their comments after hearing it - "Well, that's just pure stupidity. Don't they know what vaping has done for people like you who smoked for years? How can they DO that?"
Told them lots of things, including among others...that it's not yet set in stone, but I'm prepared now for whatever the outcome eventually is.
They totally understood my stocking up, and said they were glad I'd done it! They were just dumbfounded when the last thing I told them was that there were many, many of us who've spent a ton of $$ to make sure we can still vape & stay off smokes in the future. They both just shook their heads, and 1 said, "(expletive) FDA!"

Well I'm just glad that this boat turned out as big as this.
How ridiculous I felt when I was so giddy and happy waiting for my Halo cigalike. I thought I was the only one. Then, as I was waiting I saw a vid of indoor smokers. He was holding some ridiculous looking mod. The one that looks like a grenade. And I just laughed. Now it's happening to me too.

The sigelei 213 isn't that big really

I know how you feel Dancing. I've always been "kind of" organized but could never get all the way there.

When the deeming came out I needed organization to know exactly what I had and what I needed because like you, I have so much stuff. I didn't have money to waste on stuff I already had but didn't know I had it. Nor did I want to not get something thinking I had more then I did.

For some reason the older I get the more I feel like I need to be organized, no clue why other than maybe a natural instinct for when I can't remember anything anymore I'll have a better chance of finding something  :D

I do. Usually while out in the middle of a lake fishin', and finding I didn't buy that spare pack to take with me.

Bending over the side to net a fish triumphantly then noticing a pack floating away and feeling your empty shirt pocket was the worst kind of excitement.

I made my own (tubes and hand crank machine) for the last few years I smoked because I REFUSED to smoke the carpet glue (FSC) they were putting in the ready mades.

Then, I would sit down for however long it took to make up about 200 (about a weeks worth). That was a block of time that I HAD to devote to making my cigarettes.

Now, after a few years, I have enough DIY in the cupboard that when one (out of 20+) starts to get low it only takes a few minutes to make another one. I also have enough STM RBA decks (coiled and wicked) that I'm not forced to take the time to re-wick them. I do it at my leisure, 2 or 3 at a time, and that only takes a few minutes. (The replaceable RBA deck is one of the many reasons I love the STM.)

All in all, I'm probably spending much more time making juice, dry burning and wicking, installing new coils, etc., but it's done a few minutes here and a few minutes there so it doesn't really impact my day, like making the cigarettes did.

Of course I'm not counting all the time it took in researching new hardware, learning to mix, learning to recoil and..................spending time here. So there is that. ;)

I don't remember ever getting excited about buying cigs.
My wife and I would actually get really excited when we went to the U.S. as we absolutely loved Marlboros and you can't get them in Canada. We would buy a couple of cartons as soon as we crossed border. On business trips, I had better buy two cartons at duty free on my trip home or else.
