I remember her and her stash. Pretty impressive for the time.
Yes, especially considering there wasn't as much being available as quickly as now.

Took me down memory lane, I followed her thread/link on the Ikenvape laser and read some of my original posts as a newbie and beta tester.

That was definitely a huge stash for back in 2009! Wow!

But, I bet there are more than just a few on here now, whose stashes greatly surpass it, not even counting their Nic in freezers! Since the FDA Deeming garbage & stocking up for the longterm, I'd think there are at least a dozen or more easily. :)

 See. This is crazy. And when you smoked?
Into the shop on the corner of everywhere I was and buy 20 cigs and a lighter. Or, rolling tobacco, papers, filters and a light.

    Man, how times have changed.
I always bought 2 cartons at a time and carried at least 2 packs in my purse. I was NOT going to run out.
I know how you feel Dancing. I've always been "kind of" organized but could never get all the way there.

When the deeming came out I needed organization to know exactly what I had and what I needed because like you, I have so much stuff. I didn't have money to waste on stuff I already had but didn't know I had it. Nor did I want to not get something thinking I had more then I did.

For some reason the older I get the more I feel like I need to be organized, no clue why other than maybe a natural instinct for when I can't remember anything anymore I'll have a better chance of finding something  :D
Same here. We build and collect for years. Just to turn around and begin to lighten the load that's started to weigh us down.

One day, my youngest grandson was being nosy and found a pretty blue Hana clone in a drawer in my closet. I still have no idea where or when I got it. It must have come as part of a pkg in a Classy deal. Otherwise, I'ld remember.

I wouldn't have so much except that I've been vaping for almost 5 1/2 years. Lots of old stuff. Never throw anything away. Give it away, but don't throw it away. I can't believe I actually found someone to PIF my 801 stuff to.

No, I take that back. My sister just returned a box full of stuff I had given her because she's moved on to better stuff. My sister breaks stuff. So, that whole box may end up in the trash.
Some of you that have been around a long time will remember this thread :) This was one woman's stash back in 2009 :D Thought some of you might enjoy seeing it ;) :D

I saw that way back when I first started on ECF. I still have the pics saved on a computer somewhere. That's an amazing collection for the times.

I like a little bit of suspense in what I vape - never label the bottles that I mixed - just try to mix what I think will vape and taste good. I change up the PG/VG mix, the flavoring mix, etc. on a whim. After DIYing for over 4 years I got tired of all the logging and tracking -

I just want to mix something that will keep me happy and off of cigs... :)
A big part of the reason for DIY is to avoid the nasty surprises from store bought juice. No point in re-creating them. Variety is nice. But, comfort is even nicer.
Has anyone seen the Good Life Vapor Wonderland juice collection? The descriptions are so cool! Very much aimed at FDA :) LOL I have only tried one juice they made Samba Sun, they make for NJoy and it is good. Anyway just loved their new Wonderland descriptions :)
They had some cool names on their juices a couple of years ago and really good pictures to go along with them: Zombie Brains and such. I was so disappointed when I received the bottles with just boring words on them, no zombie pics!
I absolutely cannot vouch for the quality or performance, but the Vapros mod sure is pretty Jade Stone Mod by Vapros | 80w Jade Style Mod for $44.99 on sale

I am a sucker for a description or picture of a juice that looks/sounds so yummy. I buy it and yuck, usually isn't very good and nothing like the description. I have to check myself (even today) not to buy based on those pics. That is probably why I have two of those white carts in her stash pic, filled with juice and flavorings.

I've given away lots and lots of juice that was disappointing. Most of the store-bought juice was disappointing.

I was just about to toss all this old stuff and the dooming happened so I decided to hang onto it for a bit. I will try some of it to see if I like it any better. If not, I will begin tossing it.

I thought some of you might enjoy this old thread from January 2009 when the FDA was talking about wanting to regulate our ecigs as a drug. Without looking at the date it would be difficult to know it's not a more recent thread other then the few places they do discuss the FDA trying to regulate ecigs as a drug.;)

If they banned ecigs, would you stockpile?

I don't remember ever getting excited about buying cigs.

No? I was always thrilled to replace the four cartons in the freezer......

How can there be so much crapppy vendor juice ... when DIY is so easy to do?

Do any of these juice makers actually market test their flavours?

    Sent via iPhone
I tried hundreds of juices at the last Toronto vape expo. Only a few would be a must buy for me.

Scary part was that almost all of the juices I tasted retailed for over $20/30ml. Unheard of juice companies with nothing more than subpar juice with cool packaging and marketing. Some juices were downright terrible. My DIY is pretty basic, but it is better than 80% of what I tried. Scary.

My two local B&Ms have house brand juice that are nothing to write home about, but are $15CAD/30ml and generally they do buy 3 get one free or 3 for $35-40CAD, 20% off, etc. Not terrible pricing at around $10US a bottle and the juice is vapeable.

I expect the vendor landscape will be magnitudes smaller in the coming couple of years as juice is expensive now, but when you add some juicy sin tax to this $20+ juice, good luck growing market share and turning a profit.
