@Bea-FL - Here's a morning surprise for you to peek at:
ProVari Mini SS Variable Voltage Electronic Cigarette
You could try emailing them and see if they will refund the xtra dollars. It doesnt hurt to ask. I have done that successfully several times with various companies… and many unsuccessfully. That hurts. 39 bucks for a 2.5! I just paid 10 dollars over that price 48 hours ago....talk about lousy timing.
On the plus side, it has already shipped.
Thinking about what you said. Maybe they see the writing on the wall that open systems may very well be illegal after this whole mess is settled and they are working on a closed system. Given their expertise they are certainly capable of coming up with an excellent quality device for which they can also offer replacable cartridges. And you can bet a Provape pod would last a lot longer than the Logic or Blu with which many of us started vaping, especially if the device itself took rechargeable batteries (will that be allowed?)
For me closed systems are too expensive for daily use so I'm sticking with my stuff but I can see where a whole generation of new vapers would be happy with them.

I agree. They could very well be working on something different, and would be more than capable of producing a safe, and reliable closed system. Hopefully they would be able to get it thru the approval process.
Ebay, they are the V2's, I had heard V1 was not good, but decided to give the V2's a tryIve been trying to rebuild the stock coils and been hunting for these. Where did you find them? Ive seen 2 kinds before i was ready to buy them now i can only find the 1 that looks crazy hard.
You're so right. My mother-in-law just replaced her 30+ year old fridge. My hubby who works in the appliance industry says you're lucky to get 10 years out of the new ones. Granted the new ones are more efficient but he says there is no reason not to make them longer lasting as well other than…make more money from us.As time goes on and the market continues training us - we tend to accept trends. Look at it this way - 30 years ago if I told you I was going to sell you a TV that will only last 5-7 years what would you have said... How about appliances, cars, etc. It is all the same - those with the money that want to make more money train us to be satisfied with their sub-standard products.
There is something new coming that is a Zen- Provape combined effort that involves the Radius.I agree. Can you explain? There is something new coming that is a Zen- Provape combined effort that involves the Radius.
Provape sent emails shortly after the deeming that, in essence, said they would not be pursuing a pmta due to the cost and uncertainty of approval.Thinking about what you said. Awesome, thanks! I have so many minis i cant stand the thought of not having them in the future. Wish aspire would make them for us.Ebay, they are the V2's, I had heard V1 was not good, but decided to give the V2's a try![]()

This makes me so sad. They, i think are kinda legend that i found out about way to late to stock up on. I have only 2 and hope soon to have at least 1 more.Provape sent emails shortly after the deeming that, in essence, said they would not be pursuing a pmta due to the cost and uncertainty of approval.
This is interesting. How will they be able to provide a new product that wasn't on the market prior to 8/8 without a pmta? There is something new coming that is a Zen- Provape combined effort that involves the Radius.
Same here. And regardless of assurances we might get from them to the contrary, we all know companies, even good ones, sometimes go under. That's why I now have 4 brand new minis plus one on they way…more than I need for my life expenctancy! If the company is not here years from now to service a problem I can pull a new one out of the stash. It may not even be vape related, but maybe just maybe if we are lucky and they are still in business they will continue to service what they have sold to us... We can hope...
