may I ask what % and brands you are using? I am not a fan of grape,, but I don't hate it either![]()
Yes, the point is that the article is out there, not that it is factual and that online vendors are already being warned/targeted. Many people on ecf didn't think they would really go after online sales at this point, would target b&m stores. Seems that is not the case.im sorry but i find those article so frustrating. they are all basically the same. they all mention popcorn lung, formaldehyde, and how they article states that they dont provide strong benefits to quitting smoking...... hello, that's why the FDA wants them GONE. vaping is a thorn in their side and screws up their big money, big business strategy. vaping is a modern mircle and people have quit in droves at least until now. how many more people would quit if the lies stopped.... if the FDA came out publicly and admitted they are wrong and good research actually shows that these things are incredibly beneficial to smokers, and provide significant magnitudes of harm reduction ALMOST to the point of no harm being done at all and that any toxins found are well below harm causing thresholds. overnight the number of people still smoking would turn into a small minority.
sorry but these articles stink and do nothing more then make this situation much worse. i remember seeing the first anti-vaping articles several years ago and remembering how ...... off i was. now i was going to once again be treated like a leper, an outcast and an evil smoker.
I am no longer stocking up, I'm getting something just because I want it.![]()
Where did you see this list? Article that @rosesense quoted just listed statistics.Only handful was on ecig. Majority of the citation was on cigars sold to minors. Only couple were vape store. (That is if it's the same list I saw).

Typing at the same time. LOLYou can find and read copies of all warning letters sent by the FDA here:
2016 Warning Letters

I saw some ecig vendor listings but only a couple that I have ever used.
they all mention popcorn lung, formaldehyde,
I saw a WS or NYT article today where the FDA said they had not sent any letters to online vendors yet....It seems that they are totally unaware that ecig shops can be both. Still shows how little they know. Makes them look really bad. You would think before regulating an industry they would at least educate themselves.Great minds think alike![]()
Vape stores getting caught for selling to anyone under 18 right now deserve to get a warning letter IMO. I mean really, they didn't know that's an easy target those opposed to vaping and the FDA would be looking for right now.Not to mention most states already had no sales to anyone under 18 in place before the deeming became effective so it should be something they already did without it needing to be a new rule to watch out for. I don't know about other places but around here sending a person under 18 into a store to see if they can catch them selling tobacco products to someone under age has been happening for years and yes, its always amazed me how many get caught

This is online. Totally setting vendors up as they know many of their age verification systems are still wonky. What's a vendor to do. A kid walks in, and with a legitimate looking ID, issued to him by a govt. agency, buys something. How is that the vendors fault?
I looked up the vendors they sent this to and cruised through a few, including Smoktek.com which is a company in Florida I used to order from back around 2012; the FDA seems to be ordering flavors they deem to be directed at teens, because obviously nobody else would want to vape blueberry-cotton candy flavor ;-) The witch-hunt begins! This is online. Not right to sell to minors but not right for the FDA to be weasels about it online either.
You know that they will not actually ask the adults what they like. I guess once we are of age we are suppose to automatically stop liking anything that appeals to the younger generation of minors. I must of not received the memo.I looked up the vendors they sent this to and cruised through a few, including Smoktek.com which is a company in Florida I used to order from back around 2012; the FDA seems to be ordering flavors they deem to be directed at teens, because obviously nobody else would want to vape blueberry-cotton candy flavor ;-) The witch-hunt begins!
