Very unfair!

oh yes very unfair indeed. what is even more unfair is i was making a fairly decent rate but now i am looking at low paying crap. i am paying for my stock with some of the money i saved up. no matter the situation, the government will not strip me of my right to choose vapor over smoke. its fundamentally wrong. try to control me and i will disobey. that goes out to my former employer, and the government.

add insult to injury, when i got fired i had just returned from vacation. i went on vacation and never went back to work. they met me in the parking lot and told me to get in my car and leave. no meeting or discussion. i told them they could have saved me the gas and the two hour round trip, just called me to tell me im done. they said they didnt think that was appropriate. lol but firring me for evil nicotine vaping was perfectly OK.

make matter worse months before my boss told me to seek nicotine addiction consoling. i wanted to quit that very day but stuck it out because i have bills to pay and family to support. i think i told my boss to mind his own business. they tried to control me and i pushed back.

i keep hearing that vaping is not addictive. well maybe if you start with vaping alone and on zero nic. i find that after several hours i get on edge and feeling withdraw symptoms. maybe not as bad as a tobacco user but still it makes me unhappy.

I think they are counting on so many closing, it will be manageable for them. Plus, remember that they don't care about costs because it is paid for by the taxpayers so they can 'protect' them and most taxpayers just blindly accept it.

good grief once again forced to pay taxes so they can protect me from myself. nonsense. really they go to !@##. really absurd to force small businesses out without even giving them a chance to be able to exist. the american people are brainwashed ...... to except this behavior, meanwhile marlboros are still on the shelves. the most dangerous, manipulated, and altered consumer product ever made. altered to increase the addictive effectiveness. but thats OK/.

i do not wish the government to protect me from myself. my body, my choice to choose something safer. if they made possession illegal im going to jail im afraid. if using outside equals arrest im screwed. i will not comply

Oh how I long for the movements of the sixties. This would not fly in those times, we would have marched, sat in, spoke out, banded together and knocked this down. Now everything is me, me, me and if it doesn't directly impact some people, they could care less.

ETA: this reminds me, wonder why Bruno Mars isn't more vocal since he invested in njoy and is losing money now.

Was stocking up on some more BF coils for my Cubis and Cubis Pro tanks from ecig (and a few more Cubis Pro tanks arriving tomorrow from MVS) and decided to throw this Uwell Rafale X RDA in the cart for $8 for testing recipes. The BF coils are the only thing I really need to stock up on going forward, everything besides that is just wants.

    XskRdu9.png

It has a neutral center post so that if you do dual coils it doesn't halve the resistance like normal but I decided to try it with the center post removed and a single 12 wrap of 22ga which clocked in at 0.9 ohms and vapes pretty nice so far.

Few more new flavors arrive on Friday.

I can read people are busy harking back to the good ole days but to the here and now ;)

    :offtopic: as always but...
In the future Cant a company just split into "unrelated" fractions which are responsible for different parts of the atty/mod which 'aren't supposed to be used together' and it be sold individually as a connector, switch, tube, glass tank or build deck which are just positive and negative connectors on a base of SS?

If you choose to put them together and vape. Tut, tut, tut

Nicotine is all we will need? Right?

No, cause you have the regs stating if they 'deem' it to be used for vaping (if it could be used for vaping).....it is a tobacco product.

i have been making my own coils. little help understanding it. i have been using 28 ga and i think i did 6-7 wraps. getting .64 ohms not working too bad. i will admit i guessed about it.
    so how does this work?
does more wraps=longer wire with more resistance?
    wire gauge
heavier gauge wire, im guessing is more resistance per lenght?
so i could use less wraps of heavier gauge wire? would i get even better results. if you are making clouds, what is desirable. i replaced my cotton today. pulled the old cotton out, dry burned and installed new cotton. i ran the same cotton for 3 days. i am guessing coil lasts allot longer then the wire? im guessing most pre-made coils, the wire actually didnt go bad it was probably the cotton?

Fair enough but deeming a complete set as a product for vaping I can see happening,
But deeming a cylindrical piece of glass from one company?
A metal piece of threaded piping from another?
    Metal contacts?
    Switches?
Pieces of miscellaneous metal with posts?

Really? Hard work, laborious, time consuming and money wasting.

I think BT have lost enough money and would leave it be as long as the general public perception is that your better off with cigs.

that's where it gets really, really stupid. PG could be used for vaping, but its also used for everything else. same with VG. same with batteries, wire, cotton. so are they going to tax the snot out of VG when vaping is only a niche use of VG?

It is a legal substance too, how can any one dictate what an adult does. Drives me crazy! It's not like vaping causes anything bad to happen, people really need to get over trying to rule over others lives.

Hey bro. Go on to 'steam coil builder' online.
Put on what guage you have and what res you want and the diameter you have and
It'll tell you how many wraps.

Unless that same glass in that size/configuration is used in something else, yes..it is 'intended' for use in vaping per the FDA.

it does not make any sense. i liked the video on youtube. guy said since they want to deem a lithium ion battery a tobacco product, does that mean we now have the fabulous invention of a tobacco powered flashlight.... lol.

its like saying that they want to state a bottle of NON-nic eliquid, that this product is made from tobacco. clearly it is not made from tobacco, clearly it was never derived from tobacco either. so how can they even try to do this.

a great star trek character's favorite word, illogical. frankly i dont see them getting away with allot of what they are attempting to get away with.

Do you not think that individuals such as ourselves are the target here?
It is more likely the many who have never seen or used vaping devices.
Not necessarily people who are willing to make so many different purchases from diff companies and be willing to fit those together themselves.

It's easier to twist thinking this way.
I really cannot imagine that it is not any more than your average istick and kanger man who will be in trouble.

Bespoke pieces from several companies across Europe. I doubt it very much.

The FDA addressed that in the stupid 500 pages of regulations. I believe it went something like this: a drip tip or ______ or no nic liquid. COULD be used with nicotine so it is 'deemed' a tobacco product.

Of course it isn't logical, nothing they do ever is. I hate to give them any credit at all but someone was genius in how they worded this to basically include anything by that one word...deemed.
