Ya, as long as the FDA is allowed to classify our ecigs as a tobacco product I think we are in for huge problems from most of the states in the coming year

There will be problems even without that designation, but with it it will be impossible to stop.
Even buying from China will be a problem for those in states that ban internet sales of our ecigs the same as they now ban internet sales of cigarettes.
My own personal reason for needing to be 100% done before the first of the year is that we leave for Florida in December and don't come home until mid April. Unless I have an emergency I don't spend time with ecig stuff while we're gone. I'm guessing that when the NYS budget proposal comes out Jan 1st the governor will propose high taxes on our ecigs (we've had 75% tax proposed last year although it didn't go anywhere thankfully) and quite possibly the same internet ban on ecig purchases as we have on other tobacco products. If my guess is right, then when the new budget goes into effect April 1st taxes and no internet sales would be in effect when I got home.

I'm not willing to take the chance I'm guessing wrong so I choose to be totally prepared before we leave.
