I have the Serpent mini, Avocado and Merlin I am saving to play with later :) I have a Kanger top tank too saved for later, so a bunch a things to play with LOL oh a Cerabis too, just wanted some new things to keep life interesting :)

obviously I'm like you and way too interested in it all. I can see us being called weirdos, but I just don't understand how a lot of people have a genuine dislike of vapers.

I understand that it can look a bit wayward when there's groups of young'uns blowing obnoxious clouds but most of us aren't like that. Are we? I'm not.

I agree. The first time i used it,i did not like it all,not sure why,but i just really didn't like it haha.I had bought a 30ft. spool of it,so a few weeks later i decided to try it again,so it wasn't a complete waste of money, and after that 2nd try i was hooked. It is all i use now,i bought 500ft. a couple months ago,and now it seems my 3 rolls of Kanthal are what turned out to be waste for the most part.I still use kanthal for my son's coils,so it'll get used, but i'm SS all the way now.
i agree

I've been doing the same.I chose the Griffin as my go to rta to stock up on,but buying the same atty over and over gets extremely boring haha,so i have also been getting a lot of different rda's.Most of them i will use a few times, then move to the next one.I figure this way, when i can't buy anymore, then i will have several to switch out at different times, plus it keeps me busy with modding them all for my bottom feed mods haha.

Today was not liked either. Took a ride with mom , at the start of a three hour drive she tells me that her hearing aid batteries are both dead. So I talk and get no response, or talk and get a fake response, or a response that is to something I didn't ask.

She tells me that her washer isn't wringing out the clothes and the dryer isn't drying everything. I tell her to tell dad if she doesn't get a new one, don't do his laundry. But she pretends to hear me. Then she tells me the seats in her car or uncomfortable and mine are nice. So I say tell dad you want a truck. She says "what?" I repeat it loud and slow. She then says "dad said he's not buying me any more trees. They won't fit in his trunk". Okay it's time for me to just not say anymore.
The last few years of my grandmother's life, she was becoming hard of hearing. She had good days and bad days. Because it was an off and on thing (depending on her allergies), she didn't ever bother to get hearing aids or to make any allowances to help her hear.

It was so sad. True she didn't need to hear to well just sitting around the house. But, she was cut off from communicating with her family. She was alone.

I had one package marked as delivered Sat but didn't show up until Monday. I think some Carriers maybe scanning them in the office instead of time it goes in the mail box. Back when I was working at PO there was talk of having a scan code per mail box, package gets scanned and also the mail box scanned, this would cut down on discrepancies for actual delivery and where. Sounded like a good plan but guess they never did it.

That tracking says delivered when the item is scanned. Also usps has a gps system with their drivers so it can tell the exact time and location the package was scanned.

I have one but have not tried it yet.

I just found out there are two different Serpent minis, bnrkwest. :w00t: The first one which I do have is the Serpent mini RTA. You have to make your own coil on this one. Then last month? Wotofo came out with a Serpent mini Sub Ohm which takes a premade coil and the Kanger STM coils also fit........which can be recoiled too. :)

Since the little Aspire Replacement BVC's (non Nauty) can be used the STM's .......and the STM coils can be used in the newer Serpent........I was hoping the Aspire Replacement BVC coils would also work in the Serpent..... I love options. :p

Well, you'll be happy to know that ProTank 2 coils also work in the STM and the TopTank. The ProTank 2 coils were the first I learned to rebuild and they're pretty inexpensive now. :)
awesome! now i have more coils to add to sales searches.. and yes your post will be added to the other board as well ---HUGE thanks! :)

.
please let me know when you see a good deal.. normally i am sub ohm @ .3,, but i think i would be ok at 1.0,, i have never been over .8 haha
.8 is my sweet spot. When my mods die abd fall back to my Provari 2.5 i will have to uo my builds to 1.2 or so.

Those ProTank 2 coils may not be for you then, kross8, as they are tiny and confining so the coils I build for them are around 1.5-1.8 ohms......Totally tootle puffer. Don't think I've ever seen one to purchase below 1.5 ohms.

I have this habit of turning sub ohm tanks into tootle puffing equipment! :p

my coils range anywhere from .3 to .58,, i am not too picky,, but like the flavors on the lower end.... my focus is more about getting the rayon perfect

i am willing to give a higher ohm a try..i was looking over ft at the coils........still trying to make sure i buy the right one to try out......so 'fit' is my biggest concern right now.

i would likely love higher ohm if i get noticible battery life extension

Can't help you there, kross8, since I've never sub ohm'd so can't compare. However, I do chain vape with long slow draws so go through batteries in no time. Vaping at 4 v/10.66 w on a homemade 1.5 ohm coil, 30 g. Kanthal, 7 wraps, cellu cotton in a ProTank 2 casing (bought a couple years ago) in a Kanger TopTank on top of a ProVari 2.5.......Good enough clouds for me to haze up the kitchen. :D

Also, if you do buy any PT coils, unless they come with cotton wicks now, I would change their wicks out right away with your own cotton or rayon. Flavor comes through better. Also, they use to come with a bit of wick laid across the top of the coils. I don't use it and merely wick through the coil. ;)

@kross8 - There's 2 different coils that Kanger makes for the PT2. Both are sold in a small black box, and come in 1.5, 1.8, 2.2, and 2.5 ohms. Only difference between them is that the second ones are SOCC and usually alittle more expensive than the first ones.

First ones are marked:
Coil Unit
for Protank & EVOD & Unitank

Second ones are marked:
Coil Unit
MT32Coil (SOCC)
Japanese Organic Cotton Wick

I've been buying them for a few years now from DesertVapes, since she has good prices regularly, and when she has a sale..they're really less than other places.
