Personally, I decided on 7 different mods that I will want to use post 8/18. Then I just kind of picked a number of them to get based on their prices. When all is said and done I'll own 26 mods.
1 MVP3.0
1 SVD2.0 (these two I already own but don't plant to stock up on).
6 PICO's
4 AL85's
4 Aliens
3 RX75's
3 RX200S's
2 GX350's
2 Therion DNA166's.
I did the same thing with RTA's. I'll end up with 27 of them.
My plan is to try and alternate between 1 PICO and 1 AL85 for work use, and use 1 Alien for at home and the weekends. The Therion will strictly be my out-and-about mod when I'm feeling flashy. The GX350 and RX200S will just be used when I think I'm gonna need the extra battery life. Finally an RX75 will be in use just when I feel like something different. All back-ups will sit in storage until they are needed. I figure this plan will help me maximize the life of each mod.
And as cheap as PICO's are, I may not stop at 6. Same with the AL85.
