My eight cost about a buck twenty shipped and they were quick getting them to me. Ordered 5pm Thursday and in my mailbox in Michigan Monday, first class mail.

Too bad some online resellers don't keep their quantities up to date. These clearance deals that come up at the end of a week are most likely to suffer from the weekend buying frenzy without anybody on the seller's end managing it.

Sorry for the folks who got bumped, but there will be more deals to come!

I'm dealing with a similar situation right now for some OOS tanks (from an overseas vendor), to the tune of more than $300 USD. Having to resort to a lengthy CC dispute process to get it back from them! This mess took place after quite a few of us ordered some of the same tanks from a US vendor. They found out they couldn't fulfill our orders, even though their website was still showing them as In Stock as more of us were buying them! They did refund all of our money, but still...was a PITA to deal with.
Oh man, sorry your having to deal with that. Compared to my under 10.00 cost. :( This won't break me, but it's the principle of the matter. If we order something we expect to receive it. Think I'm just going to stick to sites that have had my business before and have treated me well.

EDIT: Just re-read you post and looks like you got all your money back, so that's good. Shouldn't have had to even have to deal with that mess.

I got an email that only one of my tips had been cancelled out of the six I ordered. Still waiting on a shipping email.
Just a heads up.... you may not get shipping information. I was told my order shipped after the partial refund, but shows unfulfilled on my account page. Most disorganized company I have dealt with as far as vaping goes. I'm pretty angry over this whole mess and just want what I can get at this point. Even with shipping included my tips (2) will end up still being cheaper than if I bought them full price.

That's what I figured if they were originally $10.00 a tip even with the $4.15 shipping I paid, it was still a really good deal. Now we will see if and when I get them.

@Bonskibon - I got my money back (less than $60) from the US vendor of the tanks.

The overseas vendor for $300 USD...nope, in the dispute with them now. CC company says they have 30 days to respond to their notice of a dispute filed against them.
Oh, I see. :( What a PITA.

I did nearly the same thing.. I ordered 16 which granted might have been more for shipping, but almost 14.00 for shipping flat rate? That's 6.95 real cost.... so I stopped because at that shipping rate it added almost a dollar a tip so I decided to give it some more thought because I've had larger items shipped for 5.

Then this morning people were saying the company was refunding so I felt good for not placing the order.. lol
I did the same thing. I had 13 in my cart and the shipping was going to be $13 and some change. I thought it was ridiculously overpriced for 13 plastic drip tips. But even at that it was only around $20 for 13 of them, but.....here comes my stinking "be good" side into play which told me I didn't need to hand anyone $20 for ANY kind of vape supplies because I have plenty. I went back and forth for awhile but ended up deleting it. Now, I'm glad "be good" won that argument.

When I see a site that has over inflated shipping, I usually stay away. I only ordered 6 so thought a little over four dollars was fair. Had I put more in my cart and saw the shipping going that high I wouldn't have placed an order. There is nothing wrong with the "be good" side at all. :)

I try to stay away from vendors that play pricing games. If they weren't comfortable selling them for the price they put on them then they should have charged a reasonable price instead of trying to get it through shipping charges. That, to me, isn't an honorable thing to do and I, for one, will not do business with them.

The original price of $10.00 marked down to .60 seems to me like the hook to reel folks in and it almost got me  I truly am sorry that some of y'all are getting ripped off by these folks. If I had not just gotten some from fasttech that I really didn't need anyway I could very well have been in the same boat. :(

I had 4 of those drip tips in my cart ready to buy, but never placed my order. 2 things stopped me: (1) Seemed something had to be wrong with their In Stock counts IMO. It wasn't likely that a small vendor had 400+ of them in each color, except for the Aqua...which showed as OOS. (2) The S/H was a total ripoff...nearly $4 for shipping 4 extremely lightweight little drip tips? Would've been $2.67 postage + about 25 cents at most for the packaging. Nope...decided against ordering at all.

It's stuff like the drip tips problems, the US vendor of the tanks, and my dispute with the overseas vendor...that sure makes buying online not so fun any more! What is wrong with these companies? Don't they realize what harm it does to their business reputations?

I will be letting them know how dissatisfied I am. I'm sorry everyone is having problems with a deal I recommended

I had no problems last week and I suspect only those who ordered in the last couple days hit the inventory mistake. We are all on our own when hunting for deals and I appreciate you sharing it!

So, I'm sort of feeling nervous about the whole stocking up thing. TPD here in the EU comes into force next month and I don't know what that will actually end up looking like here, in practical terms (except already places are selling only 10ml sizes of juice). I have enough nicotine for many years, so feeling okay about that. I have a LOT of my favorite RTA, so feeling okay there. Don't really have enough mods to be secure for a *very* long period (I have about 20. How many is enough? I have no idea!). I assume we'll still be able to buy them, but maybe only locally at five times the price. I don't know! :(

I have (only) around 120 coils for our (many) Nautilus mini tanks, and have pretty much stopped using them to save for my husband, who loves the Nauti and hates change. I have no idea if I will be able to buy them from out of the country legally ... or even in the country for any not-completely-insane price after everything settles, or maybe they'll just not be available at all. But he'll switch to the rta if need be.

And realistically, he could build us functional mech mods if we were desperate, plus I assume that the entire local vaping population is not going to disappear so there will be things for us to buy, either on the up and up or on the DL. But now that it's bearing down I'm feeling a bit shaky.

It seems like your in pretty good shape so I wouldn't fret to much. Best to just take the "wait and see" attitude as we have to do here in the states.

I am not actually sure how much I have but I think that is about right :D BTW I am knocking at the 70 year door so I won't need as much as others to get me to 100
70 used to sound so old! My 'beginning of old age' barrier keeps getting higher and higher. When I was a kid, it was 50. But, I'm 60 now, so now it's 85-90.
Lol..maybe we should consider vape wills.. if one of us dies, we can will our vape stash to someone.. hahaha

I figure most of us have enough stuff, for real.. lol
I have a 'Group' on my phone where my daughter can find ECF members' phone numbers when I die.
