I doubt anyone has submitted yet. Submitting before the deadline risks rejection earlier than submitting at the deadline.

The only thing I’ve ordered recently is a bunch of flavors from Chef’s (in the UK) that aren’t available here in the US. I looked at the package declaration, it says “food flavoring”. Looks like they’re a step ahead of the game
They do have these 10 months. But there is nothing that would have prevented submitting a PMTA three years ago, except for the fact that there's little benefit and much risk in submitting before the deadline. Oh and of course there's the fact that the FDA has never been very clear as to exactly what they want in an application.
I doubt it. Or if they do, those applications will be judged deficient and rejected relatively quickly.
I have two.... incredibly easy to use, great size. I’d say hang onto it. My builds tend to be one side or the other of 1ohm, and I feel comfortable using it after quite a while.
There has to be some reason companies aren’t submitting them. Could be many things. That they know it won’t be enforced, or can’t be enforced, that they’re already submitted, all kinds of things. It’s very unlikely that 40 different companies have all simultaneously decided to abandon the American market. There’s got to be some sort of plan already in place.
Exactly my thought and I haven't seen just the tanks either. They want us all to pony up for the kit vs just the tank section.
I'm trying out Gala pod by Innokin. It is very cute, well made, tiny for take along in your pocket or purse. Flavor is great. For me it takes a lot of suck power but I haven't used an auto vape in years! All in all I'm glad I got it 
I have a Pulse too and it is a nice little squonker. Like NolaMel said it is easy to use and comfy in hand. I would hang onto it too.
