I have 4 button top 18650's that I accidentally ordered and it's not worth the shipping, hassle, or time to return them back to China. lol I just stocked up on 6 of the Solo's, but I ordered them yesterday and have not received them yet. Does anyone know if they will accept a button top and if not, do you have any suggestions for any cheap mods to add to my stockpile that will? or am I stuck with buying a cheap flashlight to make use of them? lol (They will not fit in my Majesty 225w's that I have).

I'm awake! The almighty awaits! I feel asleep on the couch, and I woke up disoriented. I had a hazy memory of removing my top denture and placing its somewhere. That is never good (for me) my places usually end up like "Behind the TV" or something. Especially half asleep. I made coffee and was like well more incentive to clean.

I was not best pleased I mean it was a 2 k denture. You had better believe I buy the most expensive dentures possible. I mean they can last up to like 15 years, if you treat them right (Note: I usually do this is the first tine I can remember losing a denture.) and like who wants to look like they have fake teeth am I RIGHT? I am right. I think so.

It was stuck to me inside my robe so like YAY.

I will freely admit (my denture has some type of lifetime warranty) I probably would have smashed up my old one beyond recognition hardly, and like brought it in for "warranty" but I am glad I did not have to do it. The denture place is in Tucson it would have wound up a giant PITA. Also that's criminal behavior but like, the way I see it I bought the OLD one from them, and it was also equally the "Best" one only like, they are "all" the best one so they had to add some features. The old one was just as expensive. I kind of liked it better in some ways. It still fits, but like the bite is all off so it's no fun wearing it.

Denture backups. They always tell you to keep every set. Like, you may not be able to eat but you are at least presentable to society. I finally threw out my "training" dentures I had them kept in a jar of water and all the temporary liners were flaking off and it looked like something Igor's scientist would have around. I was like, "Let's face it you are never going to wear these."

The Almighty awaits! I think I'm just gonna eat it and go with eighvape. Pragmatism.

You could try, but I doubt a button top will work in the solo.
I'm using HG2s and even they seem to be a little long, preventing the cap from being flush with the base when tightened.

No. And no. You don't want to use button tops in most modern mods, it is dangerous, they won't fit, it's not what they are designed for.

You would have to get an awfully elderly mod, I mean some of the provaris took button tops but they aren't "cheap." It think you are stuck with flashlights.

Also WTH? WHY you be buying BATTERIES from China anyway? Go to Mooch's blog and there is an approved vendor list. I'm fairly sure you should just toss them but if you want heap flashlights go for it,

Aegis solo needs the flat tops, like lg hg2, for the battery door to screw in flush.

LED flashlights are great to get [emoji106]
Oh, that's right, the bottom on those screw in... duh! (that's shown in the massively sized animated gif on ejuice's website where I got 4 of the 6 from. I'm an idiot. My Majesties have doors with a hinge.

Do you think they would screw in enough to work (even if not flush)? I wouldn't care if a thread or two were exposed.

There are plenty of people who still use button tops, as the older Provaris take those. You might have luck selling them on. I would take them but I just got four new ones.

Edited to add: For my "elderly" Provaris. That all still work just fine.

Just tried a AW button top.
It will catch a thread, but I'd stick with the correct battery.

Check classies for a Provari, they last for a very long time and take button tops, the mini and 2.5's. Central Iowa Vapers also has Provari's :) They are the majority of my stock up mods

Per Anna’s suggestion...all you ever wanted to know about batteries. Mooch’s thumbnails are crucial and list batteries for different applications.

I've been meaning to ask but what is squonkers?
Also known as bottom feeders (not carp, as I first thought), they involve liquid in a bottle which feeds up through the 510 pin to the coil. The term squonk came up some years ago to describe the squeezing action to feed the liquid.
